I recently went for a facial with Janna. She was so welcoming, we had a chat about my concerns before I got settled in the super cozy room. Janna explained what she was doing every step of the way, as well as why she was doing it. I was so comfortable and felt so well taken care of, and my skin looks great. All my questions were answered, and I didn't feel pressured to buy a ton of products (but I did add on microdermabrasion, which was TOTALLY worth it)....
