I'm really not sure I have ever been to a restaurant that more than one of the people working there were so rude to me. I sat outside for about 15 min with my dogs as waitresses go in and out and not one of them made contact with me. I finally peeked my head in the door to ask if someone could help me and before I could say anything one of the women behind the counter yelled "you can't bring those dogs in here" I said yes I know. Can someone come out and take my order, then another girl from behind the counter in a rather rude tone said we only have counter service here. My thought was really? That's okay but, I see you going in and out taking people thier food and taking drink orders for them but, you can't walk 10 feet to the door and take my food order? And you have to be rude to me to boot? I have only been to this location 1 time before and I will never go again. You might want to tell you help there that there are ways to tell costumers things without being rude. And it seems to be a theme there so I would guess it's poor management. I managed restaurants for 16 years and if I ever heard that one of my employees was that rude to a costumer I would make sure they understood that would never happen again. And in this case given there were 2 employees with the same bad costumer service. I would look into and talk to the person in charge of training and managing those 2 people. Unfortunately it's costed you a costomer. And I will be more than happy to share my experience there with my friends so, that they do not go there and have a...

FOTM used to be a bangin place to get wings with pals in the evening or have a quick affordable lunch on your break from work. Unfortunately, their quality has decreased dramatically over the years and the last three visits have been consistently bad.
The one remaining piece of awesome left at FOTM is their sauces. Jamaican Jerk will forever have my heart and their peanut sauce ain’t too shabby either. The sauces being so damn good is the only reason I’ve rated here 2 stars instead of 1.
Wings are minuscule 2 out of the last three times. My pals laughed when they saw how TINY our 36 wing order was for our football viewing main dish. In addition to the wings being 2 inches, they had a weird/bad flavor that I associate with dirty oil. Perhaps this location is not keeping their fryer clean?
Staff are stingy with the sauces. We got our wings naked so we could heat and serve a couple hours later. They are supposed to provide one small sauce per 6 wings and tried to charge me extra when I asked for the two additional sauces. You’re also supposed to be able to get one ranch or blue cheese per 6 wings and they tried to just give us 4 total. Very annoying to have staff role their eyes at you when you ask for the sauces you paid $56 (plus tip) for with your 36 wing order.
Order was also ready 10 minutes past the quoted time, but that was the least annoying part of my experience this last time.
Jordan & Sarah used to have something good going here and their hands-off approach has resulted in BAD TASTING...
Read moreA colleague I worked with recommend FOTM so I stopped in the other day for a lunch while I was in the area. I ordered the six wing lunch deal, which includes wings, fries, celery and soft drink for $9.75. I choose the medium spice sauce. The place is somewhat small and filled up fast for a lunch crowd in the middle of the week.
The wings came fairly quickly, although in retrospect I probably will get the sauce on the side as the wings were literally drenched with sauce. The wings were crispy but are from free ranged birds, which I assume is why they were rather small compared to other establishments. Fries were delicious, well seasoned, generous and the blue cheese dressing was a good homemade quality.
I would have given FOTM five stars for the quality of the food, but with the cost of nearly $10 bucks, I felt the wings were too small with way too much sauce, skimpy celery sticks and no carrots to help sop up the sauce. I had ice tea which was good, they also offer sweet tea as well.
The customer who sat next to me had the nine piece lunch deal for $12, which looks like it would be a better deal if you're looking to leave with a full tummy.
Overall I was happy with the quality of the meal, but disappointed with the size and the quantity of sauce drenched on the wings, skimpy celery and no...
