I recently visited Jennyfer's Boutique, and I’m beyond impressed! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The boutique has such a lovely atmosphere, and it's clear that every piece of clothing is carefully selected for both quality and style.
The clothing selection is absolutely stunning — so chic and fashionable! I found several pieces that I simply couldn’t resist, and what stood out the most is the exceptional quality. It’s rare to find clothing that both looks great and holds up over time, but Jennyfer’s Boutique nails it. The quality truly matches the price, making it a fantastic value for such gorgeous designs.
I also want to give a huge shoutout to Kerry, who was amazing! She went above and beyond to make my shopping experience memorable. Not only did she help me find the perfect outfits, but her customer service was top-notch. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers, and her knowledge of the pieces in the boutique is impressive.

Read moreHorrible customer service- rude and condescending. When I asked for a fitting room I was told I needed to wait (no problem) and that it was a 3 item minimum (no problem). When I was ready I went to wait for it to be unlocked and the guy working acted like I was an idiot “there’s nobody in there”. I pointed out the locked door. Then he reminds me again of the 3 item minimum and I tell him I understand and repeated back I would hang them on the hook outside the door. Then he asks me how many items I have- I tell him 6. Apparently he still thinks I’m an idiot because he tells me “you need to hang up 3- you can only take 3 in.” I told him I heard him the first time and that I know how to count. Mind you I was never asked once if I needed help or had any problems with sizing. Although the gal next to me “had great style “ and all his attention. I tried letting him know why I was upset when I was leaving and he just blabbered on above theft and how he tells everyone the limit. He completely missed the point and never apologized when I told him I felt targeted. Read moreIf I could give this boutique zero stars, I would. I bought a sweater dress this morning without trying it on in the dressing room. (I threw it on over my athletic clothes and it fit well) I bought it at the register. I did not get a physical recipe, thinking it went to my email or phone, I didn’t think anything of it. After I arrived home, I tried on the dress and noticed a huge hole where the fabric comes across the midsection and bunches together. I immediately call the store to ask for an exchange in size. The woman (possible owner) states she can’t return the dress for cash back because “I may have created the hole in order to return the dress.” She told me to text me my number and she will get back to me about ordering the correct size. I had bought the last M. …….I’ve been ghosted. Looking at the dress, it definitely is cheaply made (made in China) and I bought it for $75. You’d think they’d want to keep business by making a customer a repeat customer, not just a one time customer.
