We walked in in-between rushes and after a meal at the adjacent Friendly Kitchen: From Saigon to Singapore.

I don't usually bother with mochas anymore, the chocolate that so many shops use is either too sweet and overpowering or grainy and weird.

My companion got a large iced beverage and seemed to like it. I opted for the Mayan ("Mexican") mocha and did not try to exclude the chocolate or the whipped cream. Shots of espresso were extremely smooth and there was just the right amount of cocoa/fat/sugar flavors to compliment the espresso, milk, and ground spices. 100%...

I’ve lived in Slabtown/NW Portland for about 2 years now and after trying all the coffee shops in the area, Haven is probably my favorite! The drinks are so good, and they also have delicious pastries and a small selection of breakfast food. The location is so cute and cozy, and the baristas are always so friendly and quick to make drinks without sacrificing the quality. One of the best things about Haven is that the quality and service are always very consistent, which is something i appreciate as someone who buys coffee pretty much every day! 10/10 recommend...

After a walk in Forest Park, we stop by this small coffee shop time to time. The coffee is decent, but the customers service unfortunately taken a turn for the worse. While my partner sit at outside tables waiting me, I went in to order. After few minutes I put our order, a male employee—Brad, I believe—rudely told my wife to move because our food was to-go and he insisted.
