Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Portland

The sign on the business says open till 8, all the neon signs were off, and the door locked. An employee came to the door and explained those two signs are meant only for the week days. If that is the case, it should differentiate on the sign week days versus weekends.

Runtime Error" So, I'll give move info that I was providing there. On 7/31/2021 at about 3:45pm, my wife and I went to the door of the Airport Way location, only to discover it was closed. An employee opened the locked door to tell us they were closed. I pointed to the sign that is to the upper left of the door, above the 'Free Smells' sign that say's "Open till 8PM", he replied that's only M-F. I mentioned they probably want to update the sign then since that is NOT notated anywhere. That IS the only sign notating the locations hours. My wife and I went to Jersey...

First and foremost, Catherine was amazing and truly gave exceptional service. However Jeffrey should never, and I mean NEVER work in customer service again. He was rude, and I literally saw him belittle a door dash driver just because the door dasher wanted to ensure the full meal was there (which it wasn't). My sister waited in line to get food, and when Jeffrey decided to count his till for a second time, Catherine jumped to offer to take her order, only for Jeffrey to shoot her down and give my sister attitude. I called the manager today, who at first didn't seem like it was a big deal because Jeffrey's last day was yesterday, however when I asked for the district manager I was promptly shut down. So be prepared for your complaints to not be heard. They apparently don't give out that information. The manager did finally apologize after much of the conversation was done, but at that time I wanted to talk to the district. This will be my last time going to...

I used a coupon Jimmy John's sent me for 50% off a 8" sandwich, since it had been a while since I ordered. I have eaten at Jimmy John's in many states around the country and usually I am never disappointed... until now. The tuna sub was basically cheese and bread. There might have been two tablespoons of tuna salad on there, tops. Not sure if the reason was: 1. inexperienced sandwich maker, 2. they ran out of tuna salad and didn't want to make more, or 3. They were "teaching me a lesson" or something because I used a 50% off coupon ...but this was beyond unacceptable, it was insulting and felt like they were trying to lose a customer on purpose. I just moved close to this location and would have started ordering multiple times a week if they made a good sandwich like any other Jimmy John's would, now I will never go there again, and I strongly discourage anyone else from choosing...
