I was not impressed with the customer service I received at this location to be completely honest. The gal in drive-thru told me that the strawberry cream pies were only a couple min old when I specifically asked if they were fresh which I felt the need to ask because I've gotten pies in the past that were not even kinda fresh. I told her I wouldn't mind waiting for fresh ones if I needed to but I figured only a couple min old should be fine & in fact, if they had been just a couple min old they would have been just fine.... But the pies that I received were clearly HOURS old at best, they were hard and shriveled up, they were anything but fresh!! In the past I've just threw them away & took the loss, let me just state, for the record, that I don't ever call a fast food places to and complain about the food. I'm not the type of person who tries to get free food for complaining and I usually only do reviews just to give a 5 star review because I was impressed but this, I feel, warranted a 2-3 star review. The lady obviously didn't look for herself to make sure she was giving me correct info, and if it was her coworker giving her the info, well they just said anything. At any rate, nobody made sure that the pies I was going to get would be fresh. So this particular occasion I actually went back thru the drive-thru because all I was getting were pies so I noticed right away they weren't fresh and I was told that they didn't even have anymore that they could make so they offered me cookies instead...
I do like the play structure at this location and I like the fact that you can sit there and eat in the area around the play structure. I can't say that I have any other complaints about this location but this hasn't been just a one time thing, I mean this same exact situation has happened to me a few times before at this location.
Now, if I'm being fair, there has been a few times they told me I could wait a few min for, or otherwise gave me fresh ones.
I guess that, considering all the facts here... I would honestly give them...
Read moreI visited this place twice and I have bad experience on both. This restaurant needs to be evaluated. The employees here are rude. On the first time visiting, few months ago, I ordered by mobile app and chose the curbside pick up option. I came there, parked into a spot of curbside and let the app know that I'm arrived. The app said it can't locate me, please come to the window to pick up. I went to the window, the employee said they didn't receive my order, so I have to wait, I waited for 20 minutes, my order has not done, I tried to ask again but no one there ( the restaurant closed all the door, only the window is open). I was so frustrated to waste so long, i came back to my car and called the restaurant to bring my order to my car when they done, they refused to do that, they said i have to wait at the window. The weather is cold, and they let me wait outside for 20 minutes, they still want me to wait there. I done with that, I gave up on that order, I still be charged for that order which I have never taken. The second time is today, I came to order drive thru ('cause I'm sick with the app order). Order 2 crispy chicken, and gave them the drive thru code for paying by card. I repeated it twice, they still got the order wrong. At the window, the woman told me that my order is 2 McChicken, i said No, someone got it wrong, I want 2 crispy chicken sandwiches. She wanted me to pay, I said ok, but it already charged my card, I checked on my phone and saw it appeared on my account, I showed her that, but she wanted me to pay in cash, I should pay only the rest. But she still charged me twice. They talked to each other by other language, and then gave me the changes that is not right amount. I was charged twice for only 1 order I got. I have to pay because their mistake. They didn't even say sorry, their attitude is so rude. They talked by their language, and then can't resolve the problem. I paid for the worst experience ever. Read moreI gave 3 stars for service because of the last time my partner and I went there, the lady in the 2nd window had very disrespectful mannerisms which were directed to my partner. He had done nothing at all to her and yet, she had what seemed like a personal vendetta for him. This is part what happened: We had to give our order at the window because the drive through speaker was not working at that moment, so after I was done saying my order, he started to say his, when she rudely cut him off said she only needs "1 person to speak, not 2", and the whole time she was looking at me, not once did she look at him when addressing us(even when the comments are directed towards him), she than asks me what my other order is, I then ask my partner what he would like to order and as he says his order loud enough for her to hear, I repeat what his says after every word, then when it came to the children's order, he would say very loud each child's order, then right after I would whisper it very quietly. Let me tell you, this lady was sticking to what she said, she couldn't hear what I was repeating, so she would ask me to repeat and please say it a bit louder, I said my throat hurts, could you not hear my husband? I'll have him say it, she says no, just one person and it's the person who initially started the order. While doing all this my husband and my food was already done, somehow she forgot I had not paid for our meals yet and she still was trying to have me repeat the children's order, but yet she walked away from the window to go do something random, a different lady walks up, and without verifying if we had paid, handed us $65 worth of food, while checking to make sure we had everything, the original lady came back, I got her attention so that my husband could tell her THANKS FOR THE FREE FOOD (some how she heard him very clearly that time) because I could hear her attempt to respond as I drove off.
