McDonald's — Restaurant in Portland

I go hear all the time and only have a problem with one worker all said love this place besides when I have to deal with her it’s 5:30 in the morning I went to walk inside of the restaurant. This smaller 4”11-5’2 Hispanic ladie who doesn’t speak any English told me to step to the side while I was standing out side waiting to order from the drive threw window before me waiting 10 mins she saw me multiple times and could have definitely taken my order instead she took care of the car behind me first and when it was ready ten mins later instead of taking my order she told me to step to the side so she can take the car behind me which I did but didn’t want to this happens all the time and it’s early before work I try to get my breakfast and this time I wasn’t able to because of this.. I come here ALOT I’d say 5 times out the week every week. By the time I went back to order after the car got served there was a 5 car line not to mention I could be wrong but she looks like she’s using methamphetamines. Please do something about this when someone comes to the window it would be Awsome to be treated the same as the car behind me. I was there first I shouldn’t have to step aside and next...

Ordered pickup to be delivered to me in my Truck. Prepaid and the McDonald's app instructed me to check in with the parking spot number upon arrival. Well, "upon arrival" I went to check in and the option to do so had vanished and been replaced with the option to "view receipt" Which is what I tried to tell the uber duper rude guy that begrudgingly delivered our food to us after first lecturing us on the appropriate ways to alert them to our arrival..Smh. Dude...really? Sigh. P.s. the food was cold and chewy, the fries were so very old and decaying from having exhausted its life span underneath a heat lamp, that they were almost a gray/black color and shriveled yet somehow still limp and soggy while maintaining an almost rubbery texture? Oh, and they didn't bring even one of the sauces I'd paid extra to receive. I'm not big on posting the complaints I have duing an interaction at a fast food joint, cuz I've worked in fast food and I get it: things happen.

But this ENTIRE EXPERIENCE literally caused me to delete my account with mc'd's and uninstall the dadgum app... Sorry...

When I arrived I first needed to use the restroom. Upon entering it initially appeared and smelled clean. There were two stalls: the first stall wasn’t flushed and the second stall the trash can was overflowing and had used/discarded feminine hygiene products (plural) prominently on the top 🤢. I used the bathroom and then discovered there was no toilet paper! Both toilets appeared as if they hadn’t been cleaned in some time and to boot there were none of those paper sanitary toilet seat covers which I found odd seeing as though I thought that was the norm or mandatory for a publicly used restroom? 🤷🏽‍♀️When I went to wash My hands only one of the soap dispensers had soap in it and the one that had soap was dilapidated. Hair was in both sinks. So, I place My order and the cashier seemed “okay” for the most part, however the person who HANDED me my order didn’t make any eye contact. I said “Thank You!” and their response was a very dry and aloof… “yup!”.

At least the meal was good.
