Depending on what time of the day and what day of the week you go through their drive-through or in their lobby will be dependent upon who serves you and that will be dependent upon the experience that you have at this McDonald’s because it is night and day depending on who is working, let me tell you!! Therefore, this is a tough review to give because well I would like to give them one star for everything for the crappy experience and the bad employees that worked there I’d like to give them five stars for the great employees and the good experiences that I have there, but I can’t do that because It’s simultaneously just like I said, depends on the time and day, so I went with three stars for everything!!! :(:(:( hope that helps future diners of this location.
So, just remember if you happen to get stuck with the wicked witch of the East one morning with her wiry gray hair (I’m not kidding when I tell ya that the thought has definitely crossed my mind on more than one occasion with the fear that if one of those wiry gray hairs were to break loose from her school that it could very well puncture my skin and I could bleed to death with her voodoo magic;). Lmfao!! JK, not really though;)
But don’t trip my pretties bc there is a good chance that the next time you take your chariot through that drive-through hell for a late night snack or an early morning frappe and egg McMuffin , that the evil witch’s , good sister will be working the window and I am not kidding when I tell ya that this lovely lady more then makes up for her meanie evil sister with her kindness towards ya all’s fur babies alone!!! Read moreI normally don't go to McDonald's but this is the 2nd time I've been to this location and I have to say it was the slowest McDonalds I've ever been to in my life. I was on my way to work and I saw cars were backed up as I was in the drive thru. I understood that. When I went to pick up the order, the lady handed me orange juice and I waited. I waited some more for my food to be ready. I understood it was busy. 5 minutes later, the lady popped her head back out from the window, gave me a rude look and said "do you mind waiting at the parking lot? We are still cooking your egg." I was polite and said okay. This wasn't the first McDonalds to have done this. I had went to one in Tigard where I had to wait in parking lot and they gave me food 2 minutes later, apologiZed and gave a free hamburger on them coupon next time. As I wait an extra 15 minutes in the parking lot at this location though, running almost late to work, a lady comes out with my food and a rude glare, does not apologize nor give a coupon for the delay (I at least wanted a sorry) and I look in my bag to see no ketchup as I had ordered. The girl said "sorry didn't bring ketchup." I said "can you please bring them to me? I'm in a hurry and I had asked for it during the order." At this point I was annoyed at how I was treated like a "nuisance" for coming in to get breakfast after an early morning before work. She rolled her eyes and ran in to get the ketchup, rudely gave it to me and ran; no have a nice day. No sorry for all these delays. Nothing. I will never step food in that McDonalds nor go to the drive thru again. AVOID THIS LOCATION...
Read moreWorst restaurant EVER!!! 9 out of 10 times I get my order wrong. I never know what I'm going to get. It always depends on who's working that day and what mood they're in. 20-30 minute wait line at drive-through during rush hour in the mornings is unacceptable. They've had to close a few times because nobody shows up to work, because from what employees tell me owner refuses to raise their wages, so they're having to hire new people every week.
I had stopped going there 6 months ago and started going to Starbucks, which is just across the street. I don't mind paying more $ as long as I know I'm getting what I want and not what I can get.
Today I gave it another try, went back to McDonalds, and again my order was wrong, not to mention the food was cold. 🤬
Last year I Han an incident with management where they forgot to give me my credit card back when I paid for my food, so I went back the next day and they told me the manager had it. Went back the next day, and they told me they couldn't find it. Two days later they had already spent $2000 on it, and never even got an apology.
I honestly don't know how these people manage to stay in business. Every single employee I've ever talked to there has quit their job, except for the store manager. If the owner doesn't care about his restaurant, nobody working there will...
