Nectaris — Restaurant in Portland

I had the pleasure of dining in at Nectaris with my partner on Sunday, September 21st around 5:30 p.m. There was no wait and we were seated immediately. We had the savory bread pudding and Confit Crimini sandwich. The food was delicious! Both of us enjoy good wine, but know next to nothing about how to find good wine. That's where our server sprang into action. She was so helpful and knowledgeable about everything on the menu. Her suggestions were all spot on and she really made the whole experience excellent. Cozy Place 💚

When I made my reservation, I was told that the menu would change the following day for the next 2 weeks before the restaurant resumes the first menu. The new was named “Italian Summer Dinner Part 3.” And boy was it amazing!!

The predominant flavor/ingredient of the savory dishes was tomato. My Caprese and Risotto al Promodoro were totally tasty and satiating. No proof Mule was excellent. I also ordered gelato as a dessert. It tasted great as well😄

Whether you like wine or vegan food you'll be happy here! Went for a birthday where we accidentally skipped lunch that day and left full and satisfied. We did the fondue for 2 and the 2 person charcuterie board, both were excellent!

I don't know much about wine so did their mixed drinks and had one of the best negronis I've ever tasted. We will 100% be going back either for drinks and snack or a meal.

Oh also when I got the bill I was surprised by how affordable everything was. Since we were there for a B-day we didn't skimp getting drinks or anything it still was...
