He explains that the name “Ninth and Fitzwater” is an homage to a bakery in Philly that made the sesame bread which he gets custom made now from a bakery in lents! The Italian did not disappoint, easy to eat without it falling apart, he has mastered the art of sandwich making. The pasta salad is good although the carrots are an interesting texture in a mostly soft dish, which could be enhanced with perhaps diced salami (would get that as a meal itself!)
