Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Portland

The picture says it all . It was lazily put together . The pizza was fresh out the oven and crust hard as a rock lol. I love my pizza and wings ashamed it Was treated without it(love). I called the restaurant to speak with the manager today he said he was the manager on site the general manager would be back Tuesday. It’s 11:15 am I suggest you look into that because this man whoever he was questioned my intelligence by saying I don’t understand what you’re talking about and it doesn’t make sense to me because I wasn’t there. A employee named Logan was extremely rude did not get my order right at all after I explained what I wanted when he said they did not have what I was trying to order but he would accommodate it and put what I asked for in the order anyways when I called and asked for a manager after I was displeased with my order he told me he was the manager and I did not need to have high expectations for pizza huts customer service. As he was hanging up told someone in the background "What a bi$&@" totally unprofessional and I will be talking to someone with a higher rank and expectations for there store about this. I bought from them 2x in one week via online. I've always found that with online, it's easier for them to screw it up (at any location,) so I usually call. Counterproductive, I know. Fast & friendly the first time. They got it right! ...and I had a big/semi-complicated order to fill. Second time, I asked for stuffed crust and some extra marinara sauce. Both times I was called to confirm the order, but the 2nd time, they did not do the stuffed crust although I put it on the order. Though they called, they didn't not mention stuffed crust couldn't be done with a medium pie. I was annoyed, but whatever. Seems like hit or miss here, but honestly, no different from any other Pizza Hut...
