Nice little place, very cozy feeling and nice staff. I am not a tea drinker at all and don't know the names of teas so when I went to order something and simply asked for a large pot of chai tea the person kind of acted like they had no idea what to do in the situation like no one has ever arrived to a tea shop before and not known what to order. I tried to make it simple and just said please just give me what ever your most popular tea is so instead she started explaining to me that there's like 20 different versions of chai tea and I had to just tell her again I don't know about any of that stuff and just please give me what ever is popular. She told me the name of since tea and I just said yeah sure do that lol. She acted like she was afraid to do it like I'd get upset or something if I didn't like it and before even bringing it to me assured me like 5 times they'd remake what ever I wanted which was totally unnecessary. The tea was excellent and besides the weird awkwardness this particular person had everything was really nice. I still tipped her well because she was really trying hard to be nice lol. I don't know why servers get all intimidated when you don't know the menu at a new place and act so scared to suggest their popular items... I suppose some people can be jerks if they don't like it? Idk but nice place.

Thanks for...

I was super impressed by the selection of teas available. The amount is so overwhelming it's inside to pick just one to to drink. Your best bet is to ask a super employee for assistance in picking the right cup of tea and they will do so. Just give them a preference or type of taste your looking for and they will send you to tea heaven. The store is just awesome. It's a perfect spot for a romantic sit down or if you want to work on your laptop or just simply meditate. There's an abundance of space available and even out door seating is a wonderful spot to relax and sip some good tea.

If your ever in the area, you need to just stop in for no excuse, because my review doesn't even do it justice. The experience, the quality of tea and the staff are just beyond what you would expect. I love in the East coast and I can guarantee this is a place and experience you can not get...

There is a delicious selection of teas for every palette, this is such a great spot with plenty of seating for individuals or medium size groups. From the addition of a fireplace in the back room to the outside courtyard all the way up to the top of the caboose you will certainly find a place that is comfortable for you to enjoy your loose leaf teas, kombucha, and bubble teas.

Their WiFi is usually pretty good however in the past they have had problems with having to reboot their router, there are plenty of power outlets throughout the caboose and downstairs.

The staff are very knowledgeable regarding the teas that they serve and are usually very helpful when you are trying to find the perfect tea you are looking for that day.

There are some small bites such as cookies and energy bars but other than that there is...

Worth coming once to check out the decor or if you just want a place to pass time and free wifi. I see lots of people studying here. Milk tea was mediocre; boba clumped together and bland. Location/atmosphere: Super cute tea house with honey indoor seating and a cute backyard. The backyard will be good for a breezy summer night but will be too hot during the day and too cold in winter as there no coverings. Drinks: Ordered the small regular milk tea and matcha milk tea. Matcha wasn't on the menu so I asked for a matcha latte with boba but it turns out to be $6! And the $6 matcha "latte" looks more like milk tea and doesn't taste that good. One good thing is that the tea are not too sweet. Service: There was one person working that night so it took a while to order.

This is my favorite hangout spot! The best tea variety, vanilla rose chai is my fave! Delicious quick bites and yummy desserts. Hipster, Portland atmosphere. Sit back on the couch with a book and some chai or climb in the caboose for a view and a one of a kind seating area! Or take it to go if you prefer! I love just bring out the games and enjoying the moment with my hunny. ***Edit** This is my favorite tea place and I always encourage my friends who also enjoy tea or a cup or chai to stop by and check it out! Cant wait to go back for more!! **Edit** 2/20/2021 Still my favorite tea place and I love the options to order online now and pick up in store. I have also bought the lose leaf tea from here and make my own tea and chai latte at home now!

Lovely, relaxed, eccentric vibe. Some quiet conversations, many people studying. There are comfy couches, tables, and a cozy elevated nook accessible by a 3-rung ladder in an actual train caboose, which is what you see from the street. Over 100 varieties of tea, including bubble tea and tea lattés. They have omni pastries. I didn't see any vegan treats today but I didn't ask. There's no upcharge for soy or rice milk! Other nondairy milks are extra. I'll be back; I like this place, and I love that there'll always be something new for me to try.
