Ramen Taki — Restaurant in Portland

Was visiting Portland for a concert, and this place was nearby! I didn't realize it was in a food cart pod/garden, but there was plenty of shaded (covered) and non shaded seating.

My partner got the shio ramen, and I got the gyoza obento. The ramen was amazing! Salty and flavorful broth, noodles were perfect, and the chashu was thin and super tender. And the egg... chefs kiss it was still a little runny on the inside.
