I recently started making this my home location as it's equal distance from my house and my usual spot is undergoing some changes. I typical give credit where it's due and don't like to share negatives on here, however I hope my words are taken as a way for the location to improve and although they have failed me to the point today will be my visit they can can serve others to come in the right way. For context I have been to this location 9 times in the last 2 weeks and always at the same time. I get the same order every visit. They offten forget my food and all but once have I had to politly ask and the are quick to apologize and make it, but this has become constant. It's mainly frustrating because there are typically a few employees standing around looking lost unlike the store I have been going to for years where productivity is next level. This store is well staffed I have never seen so many employees in a Starbucks at once. My only other citisim is the fact they don't recognize there regulars. 9 visits I think is enough to be recognized? The same person takes my order and I say hi each morning yet I have never had a welcome back or thanks for coming in.... I also had an employee sweap under and around the table I was sitting at and this more a person ick, but dont use cleaning chemicals or sweap germs around someone eating especially when my typical morning stay is only 20 minutes, I don't feel that is over staying my welcome especially with my gratitudes on each order. I do wish this location the best in days to come. I am bummed its not a good fit for me but there are plenty of SB in this great city so I will find...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf youāre having a shitty day and you want to make it even shittier, come to this Starbucks. The girl who took my order in the DRIVE THROUGH asked me for my name and this felt very inappropriate and invasive. I understand if people were to go inside and order, but names are NOT needed for a drive through. I let it go, but I canāt imagine how someone who comes from a culturally diverse background would feel. Names in some cultures can be private and even sensitive. And when being put on the spot and given no other choice it feels very non-inclusive. This starbucks does not represent the third place I have come to...

Neither were announced which is fine; we assumed they were ours because the labels matched our order so we made a couple trips to check the orders up on the counter. I only asked where I could grab a napkin to which the person behind the counter rolled her eyes and said right behind you. By this she meant across the lobby as that is where I eventually found them. I worked an espresso bar many years ago and I enjoyed it. This person clearly was annoyed with her situation so I might suggest a...
