Sushi Love — Restaurant in Portland

SushiLove is an accurate description of my dinner from there tonight! As a longtime vegan I am elated to experience a menu with numerous unique delicious vegan sushi roll options. SushiLove is highly skilled at applying culinary skill to marinate and combine good quality ingredients bursting with mad flavor. Their rolls take the vegan sushi experience to another level. I got the dragon role which was on special. The roll tasted very bad, and the veggies (inside the roll) were very dry, hard and coarse. After eating the first two slices, i got curious as to why it sucked so bad, and peeled off the seaweed layer inside the roll and tasted it. It had a very weird taste.

The only satisfaction i had was that i paid to a locally owned businesses during covid times. I might have chosen the wrong role to eat, but I won’t be back next time to waste my hard...

Despite the photos, this place isn’t a food truck and you must order online in advance with one of the big food delivery platforms (no walk-in orders). There is zero seating, the entire business is pick-up only. The person working there was very nice!

Unfortunately the quantity of the food is very minimal and the flavors were just okay. They gave us 3 boxes for 3 rolls for $38 but everything could’ve been squeezed into 1 box; you’ll need to spend at least $50 to get a...
