We just went to the Taco Bell on Division Street we went inside cuz we wanted to eat inside today instead of going through drive-thru we get in there and we're standing there and waiting nobody said anything to us til a lady came in a man said we will be right with you a girl employee came over to the lady and said we need you to take your orders on the machines because we're getting rid of the front machines so we go over to start doing our order because nobody acknowledged us and we are looking to see if I could do a double decker taco supreme add nacho cheese I can't find it anywhere on the menu so as soon as the girl is done helping the other lady my husband asked her to please help us cuz she just walked away she goes oh yeah what can I help you with I said I would like a double decker taco supreme with nacho cheese she goes we don't make them and unfortunately my manager won't let me go over there and ring it up up front because it's a special order now so she said I was unable to get it but if I go through drive-thru I'm able to get my double decker Taco with nacho cheese how is it I can go through drive-thru and get what I want but I can't get it from inside I'm not understanding so we just left and went to a different Taco Bell that would allow me to order what I want to pay for I'm paying for it so I don't understand why I was not able to do it the other Taco Bell did it for me...

I was in the Drive-Thru and I wasn't sure what I wanted and I was looking at the menu trying to make a decision and the person got over the intercom and asked me if I was ready to order I explained to her that I didn't know what I wanted yet and I was looking at the menu then in the rudest tone of voice told me if I don't know what I want then I need to exit out of the drive-thru and go into the parking lot. And I thought she would have better customer service. And help her customers figure out what they want so they can make a sale and get the food out to the customer. I was very displeased on the way she handled it and I will probably not be going back to that Taco Bell ever again. I wouldn't recommend it to anybody unless you already know what you're getting. Oh and if they ask if you want sauce. I don't see any reason to even answer it because every time I tell him I want sauce they never put it in my bag anyway. Read moreIt took a while to order she told to hold on we waited for a bit , then ordered a 12 pack half of Doritos locos and half cool ranch. She waited about 3 minutes to tell us it will be an additional $6.00 we asked why and she told us because the taco shell. ( we still didn’t understand at this point of the extra charge) so we just ordered half soft shell and half hard. It took a very long time to wait for the car in front of us too leave then we pulled up and got our 12pack she did t say anything to us and closed the window roughly. As we was pulling away from the window (still in the drive threw) we opened one of our soft shells and the meat was cold and so was the tortilla, so we opened another soft shell and a hard shell and the same. I tried to pull back in line but the line was backed up almost to the entrance and my two kids needed to eat so we just sucked up and I tried calling the store a few times no answer. My partner is a restaurant tech and said the meat should be at least a little warm to the touch. In my case the meat was not. I am extremely dissatisfied with my food...
