Vegas Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Portland

I ordered online for delivery. It took over an hour for delivery and I live a mile away. I tried calling after an hour to make sure that they got the online order and were working on it. One of their staff kept picking up the phone and hanging up. When I finally got someone to take the call I told them what was happening with the phone and she said "Ya we're busy". They could have let it go to voicemail with a professional message rather than picking up and hanging up. When they delivered the driver hands me the receipt, a pen, and the food all at once. I sign and rather than taking the signed receipt out of my left hand which I'm holding out to her...she yanks the pen out of my right hand which is already holding the bag of food and causes me to drop it. After all of that the quality of food was also poor, We won't be ordering from them again....

The food here is really quite good. I've only gotten takeout on a few occasions, it always seems so quiet in the restaurant and I wonder why because their food is really good and they're very friendly in there. I would recommend calling in an order direct, our first experience the outside company they use for online ordering hadn't actually issued our order, but I was more than grateful when I arrived for pickup 10 minutes before closing they still stayed to whip together my order and got me home with a huge box of great food. I heard they have new owners and staff and that the food was really good. I stopped in to try and order to take home. It was the chicken and veggie dish. I thought it was excellent in taste and veggies, and a lot of them. The chicken was also good, but not a major part of the dish. It was just perfect for what I wanted. The server came right away.
