Okay, where do I begin. Let's get the only negative out of the way first, the only thing that I have a hard time with is the App, it screws up a lot, sometimes I forget my password, but that's the only negative. Considering that I started pretty significantly ordering here about 4 years ago when I learned they made subs, at least a few times a week, so if your reading this review, you can forget all the others because I've spent enough money here to put someone's kids thru college and not just the local community college neither, maybe not Ivy League like Harvard Law but definitely Ohio University, probably Ohio State. LoL, anyway, I've got a hard reaction to garlic and I've got diet specificities that everyone here has bent over backwards to accommodate, I'm talking about Thomas, Jason, Jeremy, many others who's names I just can't keep straight. Have they made mistakes? Of course they have, it's not Dominos, Heavenly division of our perfect father, the difference between this dominos and every other restaurant I utilize, and that's alot, if you seen the things growing in my fridge, you'd understand. I forgot about this bacon one time for about a year, when I finally found it, the mold has evolved into its own miniature yet powerful level 3 civilization, in fact, I caught them on the eve of their would be revolution one night and over heard them planning to escape the fridge and the things they were gonna do to me, chill your very soul, so I had to act quick, I convinced the mold(aka DAVE AND DEBBIE) that I was their God and I i told them if they didn't put down the rebellion my vengeance would be swift and without mercy! That's how much I DON'T cook! (I just don't have time to cook, I'm a bachelor and extremely active). Anyways, the times mistakes were made were almost 100% my fault for being in a hurry and not specific enough, but when it would happen they apologized and rushed the remake every single time, which as I said isn't very many times. Ā Ā Ā Read moreUsed to get orders with no issues. Take out, I'd go pick it up, or I'd have it delivered. Always used the APP, this is 2024! Mobile orders thru an APP should be standard. The last 3-4 times I've tried to place an order I get errors saying mobile app ordering is turned off for the Portsmouth store. So they've lost out on my business, and I've ended up ordering either Pizza Hut, Giovanni's, or Papa John's! (Giovanni's has an APP AND ACCEPTS APP ORDERS FOR GODS SAKE!) ...SO I emailed corporate 3-4 days ago about the local store never accepting app orders and having it turned off every time I've went to order lately and has caused me to give my business to a competitor that accepts and had their APP ordering turned on! And so far all I've received is a form feed reply "thank you for your feedback, we'll reach out to the store." And no one's ever got back to me or called me from the store or apologized for no app ordering or telling me it's an error or anything. And I've tried deleting and reinstalling the app and keep getting the same error. So it's not an app issue, they literally have the app...

I don't know of it is management or just quality of employees available around town but the last 3 times I have ordered I have had to wait exceptionally long, leading to me canceling my order once, or my pizza is undergone. Tonight they dropped my pizza out of the oven and I had to wait extra time. I was then told it would be longer because I wanted it well done. When I arrived home and took a bite it was almost raw, not even what I would consider rare for a pizza. STILL FELT LIKE RAW DOUGH!!! Absolutely...
