Subway — Restaurant in Portsmouth

Where are the old owners? My husband and I stopped in Subway on 8-6-24 and the NEW owner didn't greet us, and rolled his eyes at me when I couldn't understand what he was saying because of his dialect. On top of that, they have a sign on the window that states they take EBT and/or Snap but you have to be "elderly or disabled" to use your benefit. Huh? I work with Intellectually Disabled Adults and mind you, being disabled is a BROAD status. If someone doesn't look disabled but they are, how do you determine who can use their EBT/SNAP card? You surely can't ask them what type of disability they have. This establishment is unethical and has discriminatory undertones when it comes to disabled people. Everyone's disability isn't visible. The sub was fresh and delicious, however, the owner's customer service was lousy, had a cold attitude, and he made me feel unwelcome. I'm spending my hard-earned money and this is how you treat your customers. My husband and I agreed that we would NEVER return to this Subway. I do not recommend this Subway on Airline Blvd (near Walgreens)

Don’t waste your time went in to ask if I could place my order on the app to get the BOGO and just tell them what I wanted on it being that I was already in there they refused which would have been easier being that I was the only one there , placed my order then was told they didn’t have it even tho i was showing the confirmation code and me paying I gave it a few more minutes thinking the system may have just been slow as I’m waiting he laughing and smiling at me talking to someone in the back mind you there is no one else but me inside he could have easily been making my food as I had the receipt on my phone so I tell him I’m going to call the police and we can sort it out when they come since you don’t have my order and i walked outside to make the call then went back in and all of a sudden my order shows up ! Ah yes good old Subway Not. I have been to many Subways. I gotta say in my opinion if you been to one their all the same. I only go there for my sister and all she ever gets is the meatballs Sub and every time I have to say.Put some sauce on it and I have to tell Them over and over put more sauce on it.
