Today my boss and I stopped at Jimmy Johns in Post Falls Idaho (store# 3095). Upon walking up to the main entrance a sign was posted “lobby is closed due to staffing”. My boss called this store location to do a delivery by phone. We were sitting out front at the tables provided outside. My boss attempted to placed a delivery to Randal who later identified himself as the general manager. After being told that they wouldn’t do a delivery outside my boss hung up and said Randal was very rude to him on the phone. While my boss was talking to Randal I was watching Randal make “oh so sad 😞 crying faces” at my boss while they were conversations. Then Randal gave me the middle finger. I took a photo of Randal through the front window and called the store. Randal answered the phone and I asked his name and the store number. He initially denied my request for the information I requested to which I informed him I had a picture of who he was and would be contacting corporate and the local store owner to find out who he was. At this point Randal identified himself as the general manager and provided the store number followed by “you can call corporate all you want I’ve done way worst to customers and they’ve complained and I never get in trouble”. I replied that I’ll be ensuring this information is not only provided to his manager and corporate but I will never be a supporter of Jimmy Johns again after this horrible experience. To which he replied, “fine with me asshole”. There were (5) staff members in this store location between 5-6pm Friday. No line in drive through and claiming the we’re having staffing issues. Jimmy Johns poor service today is a direct reflection of hiring managers...
Read moreI had a simple question that I was trying to clear up with any manager in the store. The guy who was manager (I believe his name was Tyler) had a very rude tone with me from the beginning and wouldn’t come to the front of the store to talk to me. He then proceeded to ignore me as I tried to talk to him (or let alone anyone working) and when I asked to talk to him or any manager again he continued to yell at me & threatened to 86 me. I would be a lot more understanding if I was being rude at all or swearing, but I was completely calm the entire time. There is absolutely no reason for a manager let alone any employee to escalate the way he did over trying to respectfully clear something up. The way he was acting/speaking to me was very unprofessional and disrespectful & I don’t think anyone acting like that should be the manager of ANY store. I will be attempting to reach out to the owner of this store to hopefully clear things up. But if I am or anyone else I know is ever spoken to this way I again from here I will never be eating at this location again and I will also be sure that none of my family or friends...
Read moreSo after waiting behind 2 cars that took 12 and 15 minutes, respectively, I get to the window and I'm told they are out of French bread and have to switch to wheat if I want a sandwich? Maybe lead with that when I ordered at the speaker. Then, the kid who took my payment card quickly shut the window on me while I was asking about my rewards, ran the card, and did not give me points. I told him I had a free chips due and tried to show him the email from Jimmy johns that I got 2 days ago, but he said I would have to come back another day because he already ran the card? I tried to ask him why he can't add the Points from today or at least give me my free chips and he said his manager told him not to? I tried to ask it another way and he said to come back another time and that's it. Really? So at least the sandwich with the stale wheat bread tasted pretty good, but I don't recommend visiting this store because the staff is the least professional group I've ever encountered and I would not trust the finished product...
