Roger's Burgers — Restaurant in Post Falls

Roger's makes THE BEST burger in North Idaho. This is not fast food. It's slow because it's made to order and they are accurate. On the rare occasion they get it wrong or the hostess wrote it down wrong, they will fix it for you without questions. I HATE turkey burgers! Roger's is the ONLY place I will eat a turkey burger at because they are so good. I also love their fries. Some are softer than others and some are crispy and crunchy. I love those the most. Shakes are ridiculously good. The prices are a touch higher than current market value in my opinion but I'm willing to pay it because everything is so good there. Customer service is good too unless you get someone who just doesn't care. I love that they hire kids to work there. Kids have to learn somewhere. If you can't be patient and understanding with them, go to Paul Bunyan's or go home and make it yourself. Their bathrooms are clean and they are always servicing the dinning room. The soda machine and condiment area are usually very clean. I have never experienced their soda machine running empty. Down sides to Roger's....their white chairs are hard but that's because they want you to eat and go so the next group can come in and sit then repeat. Oh one really big down side to Roger's; they aren't open at 7:00 am. I wish their hours were 7:00 am - 12:00am. Probably good they're not because I would be on TV visiting Dr. Now in Texas for being too fat. On second thought, I take it back; Roger's has the best burger in the entire Pacific north-west. In-N-Out isn't even as good as Roger's and I've had In-N-Out recently. They changed. They're gross now. Love, love, love Roger's. Best time to go is weekdays as soon as they open. Do not go on Friday thru Sunday anytime unless you have a sleeping bag, tent, and 3-4 MRE's, and some water to get you up to the counter to order. Although the wait would be well worth it. 6 stars...

Leaving this review to hopefully let customers know how awful this company and their managers treat their under age employees. Both of my sons have been employees and they over work them. (probably why there is a child labor lawsuit) They expected my sons to work very late hours to stay to clean up after all adult management had already gone home. I am all for hard work, being respectful, and learning a good work ethic. It is mandatory in our home for our kids to have a job in the serving and or food industry so they can learn how to be respectful of some of the hardest working people I know! But Most nights they didn’t get home til 1am after cleaning. I am under the impression that 10pm is the latest for minors in Idaho? My 16 year old was fired 2 weeks ago after his 3rd write up- the first and second write up were for being late. They continued to schedule him at 4pm even though he had informed them that he got out of school about 3:15 and it’s very hard to get home and get changed and get to work on time and asked that he be put on a later schedule which he was ignored. The final write up was because he wore the wrong color pants into work ( I was bringing him the right color pants as he didn’t have time to change, and they told him to leave) My issue is that he STILL has not received a final paycheck! I have gone in the past 3 days in a row asking to get his check each time a different manager acting like they have no control over asking for the check from accounting. I am assuming that this is against the law to withhold a check from someone you fired?! I will be touching base...

Horrible experience!! We have gone to this place 2, but never again! It took the employees 15 minutes to even ask what we were ordering. Once we were finally ordering, the lady over the intercom was incredibly rude and sarcastic. 15 minutes later we finally pulled up to the window. The employees were giving rude stares and not considering the fact that there had been a mile long line behind us! They could have easily been preparing food at this time. 3 of the workers were leaning against the table, doing absolutely nothing, telling jokes and laughing! My husband had forgotten to order ice cream, so we asked them for it... The girl rolled her eyes and shut the window. It took her 10 minutes to get the cup for the ice cream, and oh so slowly scoop in the ice cream. The workers also "gathered" in a circle, while we were waiting for our ice cream, and were laughing and pointing at us, like we were doing something wrong.10 minutes later, the girl gives us our ice cream,but no spoon! Who does that! My husband had to go inside and get a spoon... My husband then comes into the car, and tells me how they ruddley rolled their eyes, and smirked at me, when I asked for a spoon, that they didn't give us!! I wanted to check,that they gave us the right food, but instead I found overcooked fries that were very cold. My husband and I's burgers, were both messed up to a point, we didn't even understand what they gave us!!! I AM NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN!!!
