Mac n cheese and beans were great but the ribs, brisket and pulled pork... a whole different story. The ribs were tough flavorless, the brisket is like chewing on a piece of rubber and taste like it was boiled not smoked and the pulled pork tasted old. We paid $50 for our dinner and still had to find something else to eat because this was just inedible. Will not go back or recommend to anyone. Portion sizes are great but not worth anything if it's not able to be eaten.

Not a dry bite to be found here today. We ordered Zachary's platter and dug into bite after bite of deliciousness. Amazingly the Mac and cheese is made with actual cheese and not processed liquid dyed milk whey garbage. The only criticism for our palate would be the mesquite baked beans where a tad sweet. Would highly recommend the full flavor and value.

Not the best photo but the sandwich and sides were delicious and really good value. Could barely finish it and it was surprisingly cheap. Definitely worth checking out if you’re craving bbq. It was my first time at the food truck pavilion so if you’re like me and worried about the weather there’s a nice indoor space you can eat at too!

Happy Update: I'm glad my hungry Wifey hit this truck. I had a 'less than' experience here a while back, so I usually look for other vendors to try when we visit the Pavilion. Hey, I'm man enough to say they did great this time, and I'm glad to report that. She got a sampler platter for $20, and it was quite, quite robust. Meats were great, and so were all the sides. And they had Dinosaur Eggs available today; a nice savory treat for $4 a pop. Looks like the Zach-ster has it rollin' now. Nice job...

A near total letdown. Pics and reviews on Google Maps were tantalizing. Very limited menu on a beauty Sat afternoon should have been a red flag, but I was determined to try. Double Bacon Cheese was the only appealing item. Only one guy in the shack, and the first words out of his mouth were, 'Gonna be at least 15 mins.' Sure, okay. I darned well wish it was only 15 mins--it was closer to 30. Crazy thing was there didn't seem to be any actual cooking going on inside the trailer? Just the one dude standing around inside? Some old guy showed up, walk in the open door, washed his hands, and then friggin' left! Weird to say the least. The only redeeming thing was the burger was reasonably priced, but the patties suuuuure looked pre-fab. The dude was apologetic when I got it, but by that time it was lipstick...

Amazing service and amazing food! I had my sights on another truck that I’ve heard about through a coworker and they were closed so I had to resort to something else! I found Zach’s Smoke Shack and was just taking a gander at the menu, still upset my first choice was no choice, and Zach started up a conversation and I am a sucker for a pulled pork sandwich so I ordered! I usually don’t like bbq sauce so I asked for none and he still gave it to me on the side just in case… AMAZING! The sandwich was amazing as well and I was so happy with the service and food I just had to share. I told him I would be back and I...

Probably one of the best burgers I have ever had. The gentleman working the shack was very friendly and assured me it would be delicious, and couldn't have been more correct. I chose the P.O.M. and got the combo for $4 more, which comes with your choice of 2 sides and a drink. It was my first time eating there, so I had no idea what to expect. The tender layer of pork in between the two perfectly cooked patties, the cheese, combined with the pineapple coleslaw side and the creamiest Mac and cheese ever, made this an amazing lunch. I'm simply a tourist here, but I will be back! Thank you for a delicious meal! I...
