I'm a Starbucks lover, it's not about the coffee. It's about the way I was treated by the older female barista working the counter.
To make a long, boring story short, I spilled my drink. Oops. I drank about a quarter of it, and assumed that, like every corporate Starbucks store, I could get a refill, and everything would be fine. It was not fine. I was informed that it wasn't a corporate store, "Can't you see we don't have seats?" And that they didn't do refills, by that smug cashier. I said that I spilled my drink, and didn't even recieve a verbal response.

Read moreMy daughter and I went to the Starbucks in the Target in monaca, PA and the manager Anna was working. She was beyond sweet. She went out of her way to make sure that we enjoyed the drinks that we had gotten. She even remade another drink after my daughter tasted the one she had and didn’t like, but she did not want us, leaving without being satisfied with our drinks. Such great service I would definitely walk in to target to get Starbucks from there before going just through a drive-through for the convenience just because of the great service!!!
