Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Pottstown

The only type of "fed" I got was FED UP! I've never experienced such a train wreck of a situation with online order pickup & it all could've been avoided if this brand new store had the backing of a company with its act together! This was my first ever visit to a Chipotle & every step of the way there was so much that was wrong & confusing. However, NONE of it was the fault of the employees there. What I saw was a lot of employees working incredibly hard to fix a mess that was dumped in their lap by a HORRIBLE online ordering system. There is NO excuse for the incompetences in their technology. There is NO excuse for tricking customers into thinking they can place an order that will be ready in 15 minutes when the store is running 90 minutes to two hours behind on fulfillment!! Bait and switch at its finest! Especially when it's almost impossible to cancel an order once it's placed & once you've learned the truth about how long you'll be waiting. Those employees were left scrambling to keep up with both the online orders and the in-person orders, all while dealing with a sea of ticked off customers who were angry and confused. It was all supremely unfair to both the customers and the employees & Chipotle should be ashamed of itself! All i really sad and disheartened letting know this store stands out crap as compared to any other stores around, there is not customer appreciation/ or customer respect. i pick up food from here three times and all the three times the service is worst. the people are young and they have a freakin attitude as if the customers are need of them or their business. the staff is rude harsh and mean. i shall never go to this store ever , horrible staff and service. its just waste of time and money to expect some respect and a good service. i asked for extra rice , on the side for guac/salsa / black beans and found that none of the containers on which was served was sealed well enough not to fall off. then i had asked for utensils and napkins and that too was not provided. the burritto was not cooked well as per the minimum cook. it seems like these guys are doing some favor. i am not sure why the mgmt does not pay attention or monitor this closely. last time i was there , i was told there is no change and they do not have change to pay back and so only credit could be used and then too the same happened. never give what was requested. this store is a nightmare and with tis kind of service and attitude its better to close...

i LOVE this chipotle. i had never tried chipotle before since there was never any in the area and when this place opened up i knew i had to try it. the first time i tried it i got a bowl which i didnt like much but that wasnt their fault, i just didnt order it right. the second time i got the burrito, and let me tell you, they literally LOAD this thing up, perfect portions. not to mention the workers always go out of their way to be extremely friendly and welcoming. i have to say i go here about once ever one to two weeks and the food always is fresh. the corn is delicious, MIX THE SOUR CREAM AND THE VINAIGRETTE ITS TO DIE FOR. anyways, i havent even gotten to the prices. i went there today and spent $11:82 SO CHEAP especially considering how much they portion, i can barely finish the whole thing. long story short, i love this place, everyone is so friendly which i love since im a people person and the food is delicious. the reviews are absolutely insane considering how well these people are at their jobs. thank you pottstown chipotle. you have truly made my...
