The Carousel At Pottstown — Local services in Pottstown

My Aunt took me here for my 45th birthday and we had a blast! We're both from the area and have been wanting to stop by and go for a spin on the carousel. I felt like a kid again! We chose the 3 rides for $5 offer. It was hard to choose just 3 animals to ride because they were all so majestic! It's a great place for the young and old to visit. The animals have seatbelts if wanted and footholds. You can choose between stationary animals or the regular ones that move up and down. There are also 2 chariots to ride in if it's difficult to climb up on the animals. There were plenty of workers to assist in everything from getting on and off of the ride to taking pictures of us on our own cell phones as we rode by! Though, I didn't have my own party there, they do have them all the time, children and adults alike! Parties with adult beverages must be scheduled after hours for obvious reasons. There are arcade games to play as well as the change machines (if needed) to play them with as well as several different life sized animals to sit on and pose for pictures. I spent just as much time learning about the history of the carousel, and of a part of Pottstown that I wasn't familiar with, than I did riding the carousel! We booked the larger side of the Carousel room for my daughter’s 5th birthday party and I can truly say that this was the best birthday party that we’ve had. Deborah was very responsive and attentive from the first day I reached out to her for pricing, until the last party guest left the day of the party. Each of the other members of the staff were very friendly as well, taking the time to get to know us and going above and beyond to make sure we had all we needed for the party. Each of them checked on us routinely throughout the party to ask if everything was going ok, or see if we needed anything. They all helped make this the most stress free birthday we’ve ever had. Nice! Wentin for a birthday party. This was a private party. The Carousel was in full swing. The kids were able to get on as many times as they wanted to for the duration. Sanitizer was used upon entrance to the Carousel ride each & every time they got on & off. Masks aren't required although we did wear them. Bathrooms inside the facility. They have 2 rooms available for parties & they're open all year round according to the event staff. Price is determined by how long & which room you use.
