I decided to order a dozen of their biscuits on 6/5/24 at 3:25 pm on the redlobster website. I picked rapid pickup. I was given confirmation stating my order would be ready around 3:33. Parked and responded to the text message with "here" at 3:30.
At 3:40 I received another text stating my food was ready and was coming out.
10 minutes goes by and nothing. I waited a little longer. By then it had been 20 minutes and I decided to call the number on the sign where i was parked.
First time someone picked up and immediately hung up. I called back and it rang a few times and i finally got ahold of someone. A woman answered and I had asked her if there was an issue with my order because it had been almost 30 minutes since it said my food was ready.
She apologized and claimed that they didn't even realize there was an order for pickup. In the meantime, another car came up and parked next to me. Another 5 minutes goes by and a woman came out with two bags. One was my biscuits.
She apologized and said that she put extra biscuits in my box. I asked what the issue was and how accurate the text messages were. She claimed they aren't accurate and sometimes they dont know they have an online order and that I should call them if i have any issues...Meanwhile, someone else got their food immediately after parking and they clearly placed an online order.
So which is it? I wait 30 minutes for 12 biscuits, get home and there was ONE EXTRA in my box...Also, Half of them were extremely over cooked and a couple on the bottom look like someone smashed them with a mallet. Completely smashed into the box and had to literally scrape it off.
Never gain will i use the online order service. No wonder all of the locations are closing down. If it takes 30 minutes for 12 biscuits on a wednesday at 330 with no cars in the parking lot, i can only imagine going to eat there on a busy friday night...

It then took another 25 minutes to get our drinks no exageration with the times either this is the truth. When she finally came back with the drinks...sodas.. she had to double check the mixed drink order...so my wife had to wait another 15 min just for her mixed drink. When they finalky decided to bring our appetizers they brought our dinners 5min later and made us just feel rushed nit to mention the lobster bisque was fridge cold and i had to send it back. The food was okay when it finally came out im not a fan of red lobster at all im a steak man and there steaks are mediocre so not a fan especially for the over prices menu but my wife loves it and it was her birthday. We were finally brought our check handed the waitress my card then she proceeded to clean other tables off and walk to the bavk all while having my credit card and not processing it in the register. At that point i had enough and saw a manager walk by i exolained to her everything that happened and she blew us off saying next time find me earlier its too late now. Mind you its the middle of a oandemic and the restraunt was only about 10% full and she made NO effort during our 2hrs in the restraunt to do a walk around and check on her customers. So sad i hope my wife never wants to go back bc this is not a favorite of mine. I would deffly discourage everyone i know to not step a foot in this restraunt again. I will deffly be telling everyone i know about this experience. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. I have NEVER had an experience...

Got seated at 6pm and I guess they forgot about us because someone finally came and took our drink order and brought out biscuits about 15 minutes After we were seated. First order of shrimp comes out in a timely manner and had about 20-25 shrimp in it. I asked when the first order came out to put another two orders in. Well it took 20 minutes for my second order to arrive. And that second order...was a little plate with 5 shrimp on it. Then 10 minutes later the next order with 7 shrimp on it. Again i ordered two more orders. Another 15 minutes and they bring me the wrong order of shrimp but I don't care at this point because I'm hungry and can't get full only eating 7 shrimp every 15 minutes so I just eat it. Then the next order comes and it's cold. At this point we've been there hour and 45 minutes. My young children are losing their minds and start screaming, so I figure hey we will order them dessert. Well the server doesn't show up for a half hour. They had some random server bring us the shrimp orders and they kinda just dropped them off and ran. I eat two more orders and and we leave. the food tasted great. But the promotion was handled poorly. I'm a big fan of all you can eat promotions. Weather it be crab, or shrimp or wings. I understand there is sometimes a wait but 15-20 minutes between orders was absurd.
