Byrdie's is the best coffee I've tried in Poulsbo!! I work above their coffee stand so I frequently run downstairs to grab one of their delicious drinks. I love to try something new every time because they have so many original options, even a mushroom coffee which is SO good. Every drink I've tried is amazing, I simply cannot choose a favorite! Oh, and they're always stocked with the cutest hoodies, T-shirts, hats, gorgeous bouquets, yummy candles, and more....

Byrdie’s is everything a coffee stand should be. The employees are friendly, the coffee and teas are delicious, and everything is reasonably priced (rare in WA!). Their whole vibe is very small town chic - you may have to wait a little longer than at a chain coffee shop, but I promise you it’s worth it!
