Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Poulsbo

5/25/25 I ordered online a pair of pizzas from this dominos location as I was in the area. Medium with sausage and onion. The toppings were very sparse, even two slices that had no toppings, if I wanted a cheese pizza, I would have ordered one. I order from dominos frequently while travelling at hotels and such and this was the thinnest, least topped pizza including sauce and cheese I have ever had from the chain. Really disappointed especially since I ordered extra for leftovers and today I'm ready to toss out the second pizza, it's terrible. I showed this to the manager since I was sitting at the counter rather than eating in my vehicle and she agreed it was "light on toppings" and she offered me a lava cake to make up for it, but really I should have insisted they remake the pies. Anyway, if you order from here, make sure you look at your pizzas before you leave, to make sure they didn't cheat you too. I also noticed they marked my order as complete (via email and on the TV monitor) about 4 minutes before it was handed across the counter, so is that some attempt to beat the algorithm on their quality control system? I came in ready to order with my bike by my side. The person working there told me to take it out, I said, "Sorry, but there is no place for me to lock it. There are no bike racks outside". He looked at me puzzled as to what to respond to this, and with some hesitation and thinking of what to say, he finally told me, "You can leave it outside there without locking it." I said, "I can't do that, it might be stolen". He insisted I comply with the indifference of his order. So valuing my personal property more than his pizza and lack of customer service, I did the sensible thing, and took my business, and my money elsewhere to spend. And with a strong commitment of his own comfort, he gave me a, "Sorry sir" answer. All I can say is that a Domino's Pizza order and carry-out is hardly a disruption of space with a bike by your side, with no other customers around. The food is good, the app is good, the delivery this time was not very good. I ordered a large thin crust, 2 boxes of wings and 2 lava cakes. Everything showed up and the pizza box looked as if it had been in the driver's seat and the delivery guy had been sitting on it. There was pizza slices stuck to the top of the box when I opened it. Fortunately it was a thin crust pizza so it wasn't too hard to peel off of the lid. I wasn't very impressed. I'll order from them again, but maybe I'll pick it up next time.
