I had a terrible experience at this store. I asked for deck stain and was given the wrong color and the wrong base. I questioned it when I got home and opened the can and it was pink, not the clay color I ordered, and was assured it would dry to the color I ordered. It was not even close. When I took the can back to the store (Now my 3rd trip there and having wasted several hours putting the wrong stain on my deck) and showed them the dried color, they agreed it was wrong and told me the company had put the wrong color recipe in the machine and they had started with the wrong base. They did not have the right recipe so we changed colors, me assuming they would replace their mistake free of charge, as any reputable business would. They insisted I pay, telling me I would have to talk to the owner when he came in the next day (which he finally did at 3). At that point the owner told me I would have to go to the paint company to get my money back, since it was their mistake and that's how the paint company wanted them to do it. Terrible, terrible customer service, refusing to right a mistake they admit they made. The staff here is FRIGGIN' AMAZING! They saved our butts big time in a critical situation where we were driving in from Southern Bainbridge where nothing was open. I called ahead and explained our situation and they stayed late for us (don't get any ideas, this was a critical situation). They have a wonderful selection of screws, nuts, bolts and washers! I would have liked to check out the rest of the store, maybe next time when they are officially open. Again, I cannot thank the staff enough for being willing to help us instead of hanging with their families, having a beer, or Both! -note to the owner of this business- your employees went above and beyond, I hope you appreciate them as much as we do. The worst company I've ever ordered from. First, right after I placed my order, I received a message about the delivery date. After it happened, I started calling, and they sent me to different numbers, transferred me to different people, partners. With great difficulty, I found out that the item was still in transit and there was no exact delivery date. In the end, the item arrived more than a week late! I had already left the state, and when I asked to change the person who could pick up the item, since I was no longer in the state, they canceled my order. They can't change the person who will pick up the item; they just have to cancel it....
