Robeks Fresh Juices & Smoothies — Restaurant in Poway

Edit: took off a star because the person who replied, clearly didn't read my review. My review about this location was not positive. Also my complaint was about the sad Avocado toast (as pictured in my reviewed) yet the business reply tells me to try their Avocado toast next time I come in 🙄. I wont be back.

I love Robeks and but this location has some new people that are just not keeping up with the Robeks standard. I left a 2star review about this, but decided to edit ton4 stars, realizing that this was a new person's mistake and not at ALL typical of what Robeks does. Everytime I go to Robeks I get the Avocado toast with my order. I usually go once or twice a month as a little treat, bu I felt like my last visit was wasted by stopping at this location. There was barely any avocados or seasoning on the toast and was just kinda yucky. Escondido, San marcos, and Rancho Bernardo have the Sourdough completely covered with avocados (you can't even see the bread peeking out underneath) and the right amount of seasoning, it's always the absolute best. I was sad that this one today from Poway was just not even tasty at all, and wished I had just driven a little further and went somewhere else 😞 the stars are for the typical Robeks experience being muxh better overall, and the employees in poway were still being courteous, and no one standing around. High-key upset about my experience here this morning. I didn’t have the heart to complain at the kid. This review is for the supervisor who stayed in the back the entire time. The boy at the counter clearly was very new and all alone up front. I asked about ingredients in a smoothie, which he didn’t know so he had to go back and ask. It took about 15 minutes for both smoothies I ordered to be made (I was the only person there). The kid struggled with the blenders when the smoothies were clearly too thick to blend, was reading recipe cards (which is not a problem, but is frustrating to watch someone struggle when there should be an experienced person overseeing a new employee). Got my smoothies which were not blended completely with large frozen chunks and to be honest, they tasted pretty bad. There should have been a second person helping this new guy out. Especially when customers are paying $11 and $12 for a smoothie. This experience is not a reflection of the employee, this is a reflection of poor supervision...

I had such an amazing experience at Robeks today! The food was absolutely delicious, and everything tasted so fresh. I ordered the Strawberry Banana Smoothie, and it was perfectly blended—smooth, flavorful, and refreshing!

I also tried the Avocado Egg Toast, and wow—we are obsessed! My 8-year-old loved it just as much as I did. The flavors were spot on, and you could tell the ingredients were high quality. I also had the Peanut Butter Banana Toast, and it was just as incredible—rich, satisfying, and the perfect balance of sweetness.
