First of all, HORRIBLE SERVICE! Horribly rude staff, especially Shawn(the manager of the store as it seems) Iām a doordash driver trying to get the food to my costumers. First of all, there was only ONE other costumer in the store and it took them 30 minutes to even ask me who Iām here to pickup for, after he asked who I was here to pick up for (which the store already said the food was ready to pick up) he proceeds to tell me the foods not ready, they donāt have the chicken wings and it will take 20 more minutes to start cooking chicken (how do you have a chicken restaurant and not have chicken ready?) I had to call my customer I was already late for because they didnāt even get to me for 30 minutes, to tell them itās going to be another 20 minutes. So I waited out in the car then 20 minutes later, I go to get the order and Shawn says he didnāt put the chicken in yet so I have to wait another 20 minutes for it to cook, WHEN HE ALREADY said he was going to put it in 20 minutes ago. I was furious. The drinks the customer ordered melting on the counter, cold mashed potatoes, everythingās getting cold because itās been an hour at this point. I asked why he didnāt put the food in he said he was going to, and he made excuses, and saying itās not his fault, if I donāt like it I can leave. But I couldnāt leave because I had to deliver the food to MY customer. Him and some other lady came yelling, and screaming, being so disrespectful and extremely unprofessional. Telling me itās not their fault itās my OWN problem?? Wouldnāt replace the hour old food with new food that THEY messed up on, wouldnāt replace the drinks that are all melted. Told me I had to deal with it. Not to mention Shawn lied to my face many times. Called corporate to complain because this man does NOT know how to run a restaurant, or even how to deal with the public. He needs to be fired immediately. Will never go here again. Iād drive an extra 30 minutes to go to a different KFC just so I donāt have to look at his face. Please never go...

We had put in an online order at 9:55am and got an email saying it will be scheduled for 10:31am. I got to the store at 10:50am seems like nothing was up and ready stopped at drive thru since there weren't any customers at all and had no answer. So I went inside and went to the counter and told 1 of the lady that I had an online order and she looked for it and started making it. Then another lady or employee walked in with a wendys bag that had tattoos on her face mumbling dang we just open 5 seconds. I was just a little taken back because I wasn't sure if she was talking to me or someone else but of course no one else was there. And on top of that what you mean 5 seconds when its almost 11am and you opened at 1030am. She went to the hmi or cash register and started accusing me yall cancelled the order and I'm lost and frustrated already because of her uncalled attitude. I called my bf to confirmed if he cancelled or not. He said he did not cancel it but he received another email at 1030 stating it did not go thru. At this time this rude lady kept pacing somewhere else did not even offer if I still wanted to put that order in. She definitely was showing that she did not want to be there. I said we did not cancel it so how can it be cancelled and eventually she said something in between the lines that yall can put it in again and I said I do want to order from a place that treats you like this and walked out. Just horrible customer service didn't even wash her after eating her wendys and accusing us for there possibility of canceling it themselves. which could have been easily handled differently instead of the nasty attitude that was given to me. But literally twice in the last two week I have pulled into the drive through between nine and nine thirty which this branch does not close till eleven and not only could no one in the entire store come to the speaker or the window to explain the situation or give any response at all period ..... Thought maybe it was my mistake that speaker MUST be broken and I could see not wanting to come to the window not knowing who and or what there intentions are...... So I parked walked around the front of store and can see the girl standing in the back of the store...... The doors hours said open but doors were locked and the girl inside the store just continued to stand there........ I worked in Restraunts for over a decade of my life and could never imagine treating not only a customer but a regular in that manner..... Now before you read this and think I did not do my due diligence to make sure that there wasn't some kind of serious situation unfolding inside the store or something you would be mistaken...... The two people in the store basically decided that they were done for the night because they did not like a decision there management had made....... Which again all it would have taken is a quick exchange at the speaker at least I wouldn't have waisted my time trying to make sure the people in my local store were ok....... Anyway just really really disappointed all around ...... The quality of the food and of the service has been steady going down hill in the past few weeks....... So no I can not recommend this location...... Not until they get there team on track...
