The Prairie Village location has officially lost a customer. It took 1 hour and 10 minutes for 3 MINI pizzas Sunday, 7/5. There are numerous reasons why you have one less household as a customer. Including staff lying. The original order was 1 small gluten free and 1 mini thin crust. When I arrived for carryout, I was told you were out of gluten free small so there would be 2 gluten free minis. OK. Now that is a pattern because the Monday of Memorial Day weekend my meal was comped and a credit applied because the location was out of several ingredients and we had to wait for over an hour. Clearly the Prairie Village location cannot operate during holiday weekends. When I ordered I was told the wait time was 25 minutes. Again, it took 1 hour and 10 minutes to actually have the pizzas. 3 minis pizzas. I could have gone to the grocery store, purchased ingredients and made 3 mini pizzas myself during that time. Now this is a serious staff issue that you have - your staff is lying to customers. Twice I was told that the pizza would be done in 7 minutes. The front of the house staff repeatedly checked with the cooks and at no time did anyone tell me that there was a delay. Now, while I could not physically hear the cooks say that it would take 7 minutes TWICE, I did physically see and hear the front of the staff ask for an ETA and ask "but the pizzas are in the oven correct?". I watched the front of the house work the hardest that they could for the better part of an hour and find no complaint with the front of the house and quite frankly, suspect the cooks are the liars. Do you realize that Waldo's pizza is not that far from the Prairie Village location and they too have gluten free pizza? I was understanding Memorial weekend but enough is enough. At this point, the Minsky's PV location is a living advertisement for Waldo's Pizza. I actually will need a reason to NOT go to Waldo's Pizza at this point. And quite frankly, if you, who has a vested interest in Minsky's cannot provide that answer, you can only imagine how difficult it would be for me to provide an answer as to a) why I should not go to Waldos Pizza and b) why I should give Minskys PV yet another chance. 5. As a life long Kansas Citian who has gone to the Minskys PV location for nearly 20+ years, I find this whole situation...

So today I am out for lunch, driving around town thinking man what do I want.. And as I thought of what to eat for lunch I look up and see a kind young man escorting an elderly woman across the street through busy trafic. In his hand he holds a box, it says Minsky's Pizza on it. His nametag says Jack, and his rad hairstyle says he's here to party. Real straight shooter I could tell. So I asks the man, where do you work? He informed me of the best pizza shop in town. Minky pizza in Prairie Village. NOT ONLY does this Jack fellow tell me how to get there, he fills up my gas tank and actually drives me there myself in my own car. Real straight shooter. We get there, I walk in, and the first thing I see when I walk in is Jack standing behind the Podium, looks strangely familiar like I saw it on TV last week or something being carried somewhere.. Either way, he introduces himself as Jack. Real straight shooter. And we sit down, and my son whomst I just remembered was with me, was beginning to get all fussy. He wasn't comfortable, we had been running all day and his dipper probably needed to be changed. I frantically look around as I don't know what to do, ya see my wife left me 4 years ago and I haven't changed a diaper on my own yet. I truly don't know how, so I tell my 23 year old son to pull out his cell phone and pull up a video tutorial for me so I can know what to do and he just starts to cry. So at this point I am hopeless, I scan the room and lock eyes with Jack. Somehow he knew the situation immediately. Without hesitation he sprang into action and served me my food and in one fluid motion changed my 23 year old sons dirty dipper. Real Straight Shooter. I don't know what I would do without the excellent customer service Jack provides your...
Read moreI'm a stonemason that works in the area a lot and I called to order this pizza so we don't have to leave the job site at 12:15. We are a 1/2 mile down the road so I assume it won't take very long but it is lunch rush so I assumed an hour like the lady on the phone did say. At about About 1:05 I called to make sure they have the right address so the pizza i know is at least coming here and she Did. So I got off the phone and waited when she had the right address. then at about 135 I called again to ask where it was at as she said it would take about another 20 minutes to get there so i just got off the phone and drove up there in my truck . When I walked in the lady was talking to a customer about how slow it was and I'm over here like it's taking 2 hours almost to give me my pizza a half mile down the street as I tell her this feels like pizza hut service and they are like yeah we only have 1 driver every day all week and that's how they set it up for lunch rush on purpose ummm 1 delivery driver for all of lunch rush in a construction heavy area. Then she is like yeah your pizza is gone. Mind you she just said 3 min ago it would be 20 min. Any ways after this long used car salesmen speech she gave me she finally asked if I wanted a credit not my money back in store credit....why would I come back to this store? No thanks I will leave a review on how it took you nearly 2 hrs to get a pizza a half mile down the street. Dont go here you pay all that extra money for a pizza so it's right and on time not like pizza hut well clearly you pay for nothing other than to give them more money for no reason. 0...
