I just recently moved to Pratville. A fellow co worker brought a plate to work from DJ’s and as a country girl I was in love!!! I ordered 4 plates. On each of my experiences my catfish was fried soft and my corn nuggets fried until they were damn near burnt!!! I addressed my issues right there and in an adult fashion but was confronted by an angry man that cooks in the kitchen and refused to cook my food the way I asked in advance!! When confronted he let me know that I could complain and that he didn’t care!! Maybe he wouldn’t have to work again!! Guys let’s make sure he doesn’t have to work again!! I would hate for someone to be at a job cooking your food, that didn’t care about it at all!! Money is way too hard to come by these days with myself and my husband working our asses off to feel like you can profit and not care. So let’s make their retirement happen because he said he doesn’t want to...
Read moreThe food is pretty good but the customer service is awful. I ordered the seafood platter which is supposed to have a piece of fish, crab claws, shrimp and oysters. There were no oysters which they failed to tell me they'd run out of/didn't have. They didn't even ask what piece of fish I wanted or ask if I even wanted a side. My mom ordered a side of onion rings with her meal. They gave her fries instead but when she told them they'd made an error, they told her there were no onion rings. Which was incorrect as I had gotten onion rings. She brought this to their attention. They told her they'd run out. Isn't that something you'd tell your paying customers? Dont wait until they bring it to your attention. They also forgot the rest of her meal which we had to wait for. I understand that there's somewhat of a language barrier but communication is key when it comes to working...
Read moreMy toddler (with no known allergies up until now) had an allergic reaction to their tartar sauce. After multiple failed attempts going in person requesting the recipe (and being blown off), strictly as a concerned parent STILL wondering what caused my son to breakout. Aside from that complication their food was less than mediocre, their batter was very bland to me. I tried a bite of my husband’s catfish and I ordered an oyster po boy and it was hard to get through. He also served us fries before we could even tell him we wanted hush puppies. When returning to discuss the tartar sauce the lack of communication or seeming to play dumb and avoidant was bothersome. I left my phone number with him because he told me his wife makes the tartar sauce and she would call me during the week. Another week later, another in person visit later, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR...
