This particular Taco Bell is just your average Taco Bell, nothing special, but also nothing partically bad about this place either. I've eaten here since I want to say the late 90's, and although I usually go through the drive-thru, I've never had an issue with the cleanliness of the inside restaurant, or the service.
Benefits of this place is the same as most Taco Bells, which you can get a quick bite at a reasonable price day or night... I honestly don't know when this place closes, but I've been here around 11p.m. and gotten dinner.
Drawbacks are the same as other Taco Bells I've been at, which is the same as most, "Fast Food," restaurants, which is I've never finished a meal there and felt like I've made a wonderful choice. That however is my own personal view about, "Fast food," and it's quality, though you can ask for the items to be al fresca for a little less fattening option. I also think you have to keep in mind that Taco Bell got in trouble years ago by calling their ground meat, "Beef," because it didn't meet the minimal requirement of meat to be called, "Ground beef," and instead of improving the quality of the product, they just changed the name, but again, that's why it's also cheap food.
There are four benefits of this place that still merits four stars. One, the staff is usually nice, and get the order right. The food is reasonably priced, and comes out quickly. Taco Bell has in the last few years improving their menu with better quality, and better tasting options, plus keeping up with trends, including technology, and allowing you to order on their app. Finally, again this is a personal thing, if you go later at night, you tend to get dinner & a show when intoxicated people are ordering... the last time I was there, four drunk kids were pushing a jeep backwards through the drive-thru to pick up...
Read moreMy wife waited over 35 mins for her food. She approached the counter after 3 customers that ordered after her were given their food. One of the food preparers who came to the counter to help her was rude and dismissing. Another worker noticed that she had been there for quite some time, asked her when did she order, she said 20 mins ago. That worker took her receipt and said she would take care of it. The register worker offered to give her a free empanada. Finally, the manager came out, spoke to my wife, got her order put together and gave her a full refund. The first worker, the food preparer, brought the bag out to my wife asked her if she was the lady complaining about her order and when my wife replied yes she aggresively handed the bag to her and said, "well, here it is, finally" and she had a slight sneer on her face. At that time my wife had been waiting for over 35 mins. We have never had any problems at this Taco Bell in the 17 years that we have lived here. It has changed hands many times but the workers are usually fairly pleasant and seem genuinely concerned if it takes more than 5 mins to fill your order. Well, today, Aug 10, 2017 at approximately 7:00 pm or so, that definitely was not the case. And in actuality, if that one young lady who was the food preparer hadn't been so rude, I probably wouldn't even be writing this review. Once the manager was aware he took care of it quickly and gave us a full refund with his...
Read moreSo, it all begins when I make an order online, FOR MYSELF, so I can get a head start on the food making process, when I get there I immediately notice that there is food and scraps all over from the counter and behind the two males making the food are completely unsanitary and frankly unprofessional throwing food all over the back like it's an elementary cafeteria, after telling them my name the manager(who is the main reason I'm writing this)was just flat out rude and quick with attitude every single encounter I had with her today, as she was finishing up with the order I told her "Hey you don't have to put the stickers on because this is my food it's my order" to which she first replied "What" in a tone I thought I only heard from little children and then said it's an online order and that's what they do, I told her I needed to check it and she puts the stickers on!! and walks away without saying anything!!!, she should not be a manager or anything above regular kitchen staff with her garbage attitude and disrespectful demeanor. And to make it worse good thing I took the stickers off and checked it because I was missing some of my items out of my bag. Out of that whole store the only person who seemed like maybe they were doing their job was the girl standing at the counter AND THE GUY TAKING A BREAK. Terrible service won't ever come to tacobell in Prescott valley and I will...
