I recently had the chance to stop by the Arby’s on Iron Springs in Prescott, and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service, largely thanks to Daniel, the general manager. The restaurant was spotless, and the atmosphere was welcoming, which immediately set the tone for a positive experience.
What really stood out to me was how Daniel handled a particularly challenging situation. While I was enjoying my meal, I overheard a customer yelling at him from the drive-thru. Despite the harsh words and tone from the customer, Daniel remained calm, composed, and professional throughout the entire interaction. It's not easy to stay level-headed in such circumstances, but Daniel managed it with grace, ensuring that the customer was heard while maintaining the efficiency of the service for everyone else.
This level of composure and dedication to customer service is rare, especially in fast food, and it made a strong impression on me. Daniel clearly leads by example, and it shows in how the staff operates—everyone was friendly, attentive, and efficient. The food, as always, was fresh and prepared just right, but it was the outstanding service that made this visit memorable.

I ordered a sandwich and instead of a small drink, I substituted a promo item (coke float...regular $1.99...special at $1.) for my medium drink which was included in the " Meal" price. Waiting for the meal, I saw I was charged full price fir the promo Coke float. I asked Lorraine (possibly the manager in charge) about this, thinking I should have been charged the promo price. She quickly snapped "We can't refund it to you because you wanted a "meal". So I'm charged full price for a promo item when I substitute it for my drink?? She then said..."Seniors are always coming in here wanting something for nothing."...well, yes I am a senior, but my concern had nothing to do with being a senior wanting something for nothing. I felt I was being cheated and I told her. I then asked her to change my order to be a normal meal deal with a soft drink, and then add.a promo coke float. Lorraine then said "I can't make a change and give you a refund, your order has already been paid for." At this point I was upset but picked up my order and went to try to enjoy my meal. The employee should have handled this situation differently.....from initially telling me that promos are regular price if included in a meal deal, to apologizing and explaining the billing procedure. I won't even get into the pricing differential in a medium drink to the promo drink price.

This is a detailed review, I will try to not make it too long. But enjoy my honest words!
Immediately before you enter the store, you are greeted with the General Manager's name against the window. This makes an ordinary customer feel welcomed, and knowing that the building is owned by someone who takes pride and care to put themselves out publicly; is a positive reinforcement to draw people in.
When you enter the building it is extremely clean, most of the railings and walls shine to give a warm atmosphere. The front counter has plenty of space to take your time and order what you want perfectly before coming to order. The employees make sure to get it right by asking useful questions such as: Is it here or to go? What is your name for the order? Do you want a drink? Or if so, a cup of water to wait?
The service is absolutely great, after ordering your meal. You will always get food fresh, all fry products are dropped straight after the order is made. And meat is carefully prepared and refined to give a great authentic taste. You will never be disappointed with the quality this Arby's makes.
In conclusion, the people who own the building have the best hearts and care I have ever met. They think about the building, they care about the customer, they know how "you" feel. And they have always made it right. Come to this store for a great sandwich, I recommend the French Dip & Swiss. Thanks...
