Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Prescott

Walking into this Little Caesars was like stepping into a world where fast food meets pure excellence. The moment I entered, I was greeted with the kind of energy and warmth that made me feel like I had just been personally welcomed by Beyoncé herself. The staff? Absolutely phenomenal. Friendly, efficient, and moving with the precision of a well-rehearsed choreography, making sure every customer felt like royalty.

Now, let’s talk about the food. That pizza? PERFECTION. The Hot-N-Ready was fresh out the oven, the cheese stretching like it was performing its own flawless dance, and the crust? A masterpiece—golden, buttery, and baked with the kind of care that makes you question if this was truly a $5 pizza or a five-star meal. Every bite had me hitting high notes like I was in the middle of a Destiny’s Child harmony.

If fast food excellence had a name, it would be this Little Caesars. I half expected the staff to drop the pizzas in front of me and say, “World Stop.” If you want pizza that slaps and service that makes you feel like you're at the Renaissance Tour, this is the place. 10/10, would come back faster than Bey drops an album...

I wish I could give them zero stars. We ordered online breadsticks and the batman calzone and when I went to pick up our order, they said they didn't have the batman calzone anymore (although advertised on the website). We paid online and when I showed up, they said they had no record of our order although I showed them my receipt on my email. The guy had to call his manager and put her on speaker as she told me "I'll be in tomorrow so I can just refund the money then". I simply asked if instead of refunding the money, if they could just make a regular pepperoni pizza and get the breadsticks which would equal about the same price we paid online. They said that was fine. Waited OVER 30 minutes, while other people ordered and got their pizzas and I asked the kid how much longer and he said "oh, it was ready and then someone must of taken it." At that point I walked out. Absolutely terrible management, can't believe this place is still running. Other people we're waiting for just as long as me. Don't advertise things on the website if you aren't selling them...

I love Little Caesars pizza! Even with the local franchisee here who is regularly closed for lack of employees. They have experienced huge employee turnover yet I still continue to come because I love the food. Tonight I ordered some pizza for the kids and an Italian Cheesy Bread for me, I love how soft it typically is and the ‘crack butter’ they spray the pan with! After picking up, I walked to my truck and ate a piece as I always do before I even hit my truck. It was cold, hard, stale, and mildly warm. I took it back in and kindly asked if I could please have a fresh one. She said it was made fresh. I assured her that it was not. She opened the box, looked at it and then said, “yes it was”. I was not in the mood for a fight so I simply said, you can keep it. I walked out and am writing this now. The franchisor needs the throw the towel in and sell the franchises he owns here! His employees are terrible, they aren’t loyal to him, they don’t serve customers well. Give up bro! I can tell you hate what you are doing by the employees who...
