Considering this is a relatively new franchise location for Prescott, the customer service at this location is absolutely terrible. We travel to Prescott often and have stopped here a handful of time. The first time, we were told at the drive-thru speaker that they were closing because they didn't have enough staff that day. The second time they said they were out of many different sides. 2 weeks ago, we pulled up to the drive-thru speaker and no one ever said anything. Finally after I said "hello???", one employee said "be with you in a minute". We waited for 2 minutes and then another employee also said "be with you in a minute". We waited an additional 5 minutes but no one ever took our order. We backed out of the drive-thru lane and parked to go inside. There were absolutely no other vehicles in the parking lot and no other customers in the dining room. There were 3 female employees wandering around aimlessly behind the counter like they had nothing to do and couldn't care less about doing anything. We stopped there yesterday and this time there were 3 male employees working. There were only 2 customers standing around waiting for their orders so I walked up and stood at the register to place my order. A male employee kept looking over his shoulder at me so he knew I was there, but he never came to take my order or even acknowledge me for several minutes. I finally turned to one of the waiting customers and asked if they have been waiting a long time and he said "yeah, kind of." Still, after never being acknowledged we finally decided we are done with this place. Management has to address the poor customer service and employees' general apathetic attitudes towards their jobs. I don't see this location lasting very long if it continues and...
Read moreWhen this place first opened, it was as good as Popeye's normally is, which for me was fantastic as far as fast food goes.
But something must have happened recently that resulted in this location in particular having some of the worst food and service I have ever been graced by. The food is now overcooked, dusty, and very strange tasting. When I pulled into the drive-thru I was met with silence. I sat for about 2 minutes waiting, before saying something after losing patience. Upon saying "hello?" they finally responded with a normal greeting, asking me to give them a moment. They only take cash in the drive-thru, their drink machine gave me what was basically just carbonated water, and when exiting the location, a transformer blocks your view making it potentially very dangerous.
That same experience happened to me the last two times I visited, word for word.
This place is decaying, just do the drive to the Prescott Valley Popeye's if you...
Read moreThey were extremely short on staff, though with only one counter and one cook the service was great and we were not pressed for time. The saving grace is it is a new store. From there it is downhill. All the tables needed to be wiped down. We cleaned our own. The floor needed attention from food, crumbs and bits of litter. Yes, one could the floor had been mopped but the mop water had not not been changed s lots of streaks and swishing the grime around. The restrooms were fithy. The sink was black as if was at an auto shop. The toilet, let's say a recent user was very explosive and had left evidence of his relief. Litter, and the floor hadn't seen a cleaning in a long time. Though we'll stocked. The food hot and delicious. The lot was clean perhaps because...
