McDonald's — Restaurant in Prichard

I went into the McDonalds to pickup a DD order. I said hello to lady behind counter. I didnt hear her say anything back. So I waited until she was ready to assist. She scooped fries and prepared another order, meanwhile I look and see the order, packed and ready to go. She purposely ignored me so long that I was irritated and I said, Can I please get the DD order sitting right there?and pointed to the bag. Then I added Ive been standing here..young man can you give me the customer's order, please. The female acted as she was shocked said I didnt say anything. Nor was I asked. Then said I was rude. So I went to get the bag as I was trying to get a lot of orders completed because of a promotion.I didnt have time for it because I had just gotten off work and was door dashing so I can get extra money for school supplies/uniforms for my children When I mentioned my minor children the young man clapped, when I said one is going to college and other 2 were in high school. I didnt need applause. I just needed the order so I can continue dashing so I can get school stuff. The female that didnt respond when I said hello, recorded me. She did so without my permission. Read the reviews for this McDonalds and please get rid of the rotten apples because new hires will come in thinking that this type of attitude is ok. It was 4th of July, I could tell that she didnt want to be there. Attitude sets the tone for the visit. I shouldnt have been made to wait for no reason. The order was ready. She didnt want to acknowledge me. This has happened before at this location and its probably the same person. All the McDonalds II have ever been to,Ive never been treated this way. It was the worst ever. the young kid of a Mgr was poorly trained, refused to accept responsibility for the problem with our fodder and company equipment. None of the issues were his fault. The store closed early (12am) even though the the posted store hours indicated they were open until 1am. The steamer machine has been out for weeks per Levi and it wasn't his fault, so he decided for bme and ither customers bthat he vwould toast our filet bun before asking if we yet wanted the sandwich. I prefer the soft, steamed bun. The menu board display was pitch black at 11:30pm, the fries were cold and the grill closes at a certain time...therefore if you arrive 30 minutes before the non-posted closing hours, there would be a toss up as to whether or not you would get fresh food. The female mgr. on duty apologized and informed me to wait and she would correct my order. She never came back. Levi overruled her and stopped the cooking staff from correcting our order....no fresh fries for us. Levi's actions indicated he was Doing US, THE CUSTOMER A FAVOR! Levi is a terrible mgr and UNTRAINED to say the least. He was out of uniform and wore a USA JAGUAR BASEBALL CAP, a checkrted, red & white shirt, with the shirt tale out, while working. Do NOT visit this McDonalds on a Friday night....there is no telling what you will receive....

First, I'll say they are short employees. I haven't eaten at a McDonald's in years. I had just picked my daughter up and thought we would drive through and grab some burgers. The drive through was backed up and it took a while to get our food. I live around the corner, so we took the food home. We both got the deluxe chicken sandwich meal. Well, the buns were burned on the inside. The fries were limp. The size of the sandwich was extra small. Both the meals ended up in the trash. Now I remember why I don't eat at McDonald's. Went back today, Nov. 19, 2022. I had the crispy chicken sandwich. It was a barely over 1/4" thick. Came on a small bun and 2 thin pickle slices. No sauce, lettuce or tomato. It was 100% terrible! I threw most of it in the trash. Update March 2023 - Still terrible Went through the drive through to get my grandson a Happy Meal. Got home and they didn't put a toy in. A week later I took him inside and got a Happy Meal. Sat down to eat and they forgot the fries. This is a very basic meal to prepare. **This is the worst McDonalds in the...
