Food is good. Good food is better. Fast food from a recognised established chain franchise such as Arby's? You already know what you should get--however this is not always the case. This Arby's doesn't disappoint on any points, as far as food, service and quality of product goes. Very good personable service, timely, proficient and efficient. Good marks on pretty much everything. The food was made to order and was brilliant. All condiments and necessary utensils were available without needing to ask. What I did ask for was immediately provided. Good customer service altogether. Pair that with a clean and comfortable dining area, clean restrooms and overall good atmosphere? Well... I'd recommend this place for a quick eat when you're not feeling like gambling on a privately owned mom and pop type place (by no means knocking those, because you often find treasure when you try). That being said, the only thing that holds back on that fifth little Star is the parking lot. The parking lot is tight and don't make any mistakes when pulling into or out of this lot. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI stop in this place frequently. Here lately the staff has been rude and not getting our orders right. Today there was a sign that they were out of certain menu items. I asked for fries & cheese sticks. They were out of both. I then added a additional slider and waited for my total and never got a response. So I pulled around after waiting several minutes and asking if they heard me.. I got to the window, She didn't correct my order after telling me they were out of things and evidently cut the speaker off & didn't want to hear anything else I had to say. Like most places since Covid19 being understaffed they do not seem to be. Noone wants a sandwich with no fries. I hope it is just a error in ordering and it will be fixed soon. But there employees could definitely get a attitude adjustment. This isn't the first time I've driven through and had bad service. Its usually the same lady at the window before 3pm. And forget asking for sauces because she will ignore you or lie and tell you there in your bag. If you hate your job quit or learn to be pleasant. Please don't make everyone else miserable. I got to the window, handed her the coupon and my card. She hands me my card and receipt back, the coupon was never applied. Probably because she was talking on the phone while taking my order AND while I was at the window. Ordered ranch at the speaker, and again at the window, there was no ranch in the bag. This happened about 2 weeks ago. Decide to give them another shot today. Get to the speaker, the lady (Iām assuming the same one from the last occurrence due to the attitude and tone of her voice) tells me that she wonāt be taking another order for 10-15 minutes. What?? Try to go inside to order, thereās a sign on the door that the lobby is closed. I get it, everywhere is short staffed right now. But at least have a better attitude and do your job correctly.
