I go to this Taco Bell because it's the closest one to me. That being said this is the first Taco Bell in years that messed up my orders multiple times. I have been to Taco Bell in multiple states over the last several years and this is the only one that has messed up my order so egregiously.
Today they gave me mild sauce instead of fire sauce I don't even know why Taco Bell even still make some mild sauce (at that point, ketchup is spicier). More importantly, I asked for a veggie Mexican pizza, and they gave me some extremely odd combination of veggie and beef. It's against my religion to eat beef. A lot of their customers are Indian and have the same restriction. It's like they ran out of beans, and they just started using beef instead of telling me. My burrito had limited filling.
This is not the first time they've messed up but at this point I had to say something. I tried to fill out the survey slip that they keep giving to all the customers, but it looks like they didn't include my receipt in the bag like they said, so I can't fill out the survey. I want to fill this out privately if I had a survey but now it's going to be on Google. Hopefully they'll make some changes because I don't want to drive 10 miles to the 2nd nearest one. I really didn't want to do this to the high school kids that work there but unfortunately customer feedback...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreBeen to this location 4 times and 4 times they've gotten my order wrong. Do yourself a favor and after they hand you your food, stay in the drive through line, check each item to your satisfaction, this will make their drive through wait times shoot up and will get the regional managers attention. They obviously can't look at the screen directly in front of them on the food line and make what the consumer asked for, they also are incapable of putting out consistent or correct orders. The beans should not be the consistency of nearly dried flaky paste, more water in the bean mix, super simple if a manager was actually ensuring food quality, we wouldn't have these problems. The food wrapper has indicated item that the consumer should be able to see, also with a proper food wrapping, it should cover the item completely and keep the bottom of the bag look like a lettuce and cheese kingdom. When you see "supreme" next to the line item on your screen, this does not indicate the internet meme thing, it typically means the consumer wants to pay more money for sour cream and tomato's. Why bother asking me if the orders correct on the screen if you're most likely going to give me something else anyways. Please consider yourself warned if you are going to go through the drive through, the employees inside don't care about the food they are...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf I didn't mind reheating my food I would go to the bell in McKinney. The order is going to be wrong 5 out of the 6 times you visit. Food is sometimes cold which I can't understand. Living in Princeton for 3 years, it's just been something I'm used to. However my newest gripe is the crumbly, wet broken taco shells. Wth is going on. The last few times I've gone I've had to get home and get a fork in order to eat my tacos. It's extremely frustrating. It's really frustrating for my 5 year old who freaks out if his taco falls apart. Get a new vendor or new packaging or something. Check orders before they leave the kitchen and mark special orders so we don't have to open every single taco and play the guess who game.
Updating recent experience 8/1/23- I ordered and paid for extra cheese on my nachos. I asked for more cheese because most of my chips were dry. The Hispanic girl at the window tells me that it's 3 pumps and thats enough and refused to put more cheese. I left and called back and the manager says they can now give me more cheese. Gas is expensive. I'm not returning with soggy nachos to get what should have been easily given to me at the time I complained. I know this is the worst taco bell within 20 miles, but geez this was an easy fix. And to top it all off the tomato and jalapeƱos...
