Prospect House has beautiful gardens that are almost hidden on the campus grounds and are open to the public. The building is a Princeton University faculty club (not open to the public) but was originally a house designed by John Notman and built in 1851. After 1878 University Presidents used Prospect House as their university housing and Woodrow Wilson lived here from 1902 to 1910 while he was Princeton’s president. Read moreMy work team and I have lovely memories of celebrating Christmas and Thanksgiving at the buffets set up for those holidays at the Prospect House. The food is always delicious and the staff super friendly and nice. The chocolate bread pudding, the lobster and pumpkin bisques are always a favorite! The well kept garden outside is a treat of a view and a stroll through it an extremely pleasant experience. A great spot for pictures! Of course the location being on the Princeton university...
