I’ve lived in Prineville for 15 years now and this is hands down the best tasting and consistent quality food I’ve ever had. Tried just about everything on the menu and been pleasantly surprised each time. Classic (authentic)Thai food done right. Im no expert in Thai cuisine but I’ve had my fair share all over the greater northwest and this little cart really is probably the best I’ve ever had. Some dishes can get on the spicy side but other than that, no complaints. I’ve always said that to really have a successful food cart you need to do one thing and do that one thing really well. Tees has accomplished that in a way that’s obvious the first time you try it. Great owners and reasonable prices, especially considering the quality of the food. This is real deal authentic Thai. Probably the best pad Thai I've had. The green curry had a great flavor, but I think my request of 'spice on the side' may have been heard as spice level 5 🥵 Tee grows her own peppers right outside of the truck, so she does mean business with spice 🌶️
