I recently visited Panera Bread located at Gates of Prosper and had a great experience. This particular Panera Bread offers excellent value duets and their sip club, which are particularly beneficial during times of inflation.
The value duets at Panera Bread provide customers with the option to choose a combination of their favorite items at a discounted price. This allows you to enjoy a satisfying meal while saving some money. The duets are a great option for those looking for a complete meal without breaking the bank, especially when faced with rising prices during times of inflation.
Another fantastic offering at Panera Bread is their sip club. By joining this club, you can enjoy unlimited coffee and tea refills during your visit. This is a wonderful deal, especially for those who rely on their daily dose of caffeine to keep them going. With the prices of beverages going up due to inflation, having access to unlimited refills is a valuable perk that can help you save money while enjoying your time at Panera Bread.
Aside from the value duets and the sip club, I found the overall dining experience at Panera Bread to be delightful. The restaurant had a warm and inviting ambiance, and the staff members were friendly and attentive. The menu offered a wide variety of options, including sandwiches, soups, salads, and bakery items. The food itself was fresh, flavorful, and made with quality ingredients.
In terms of service, the staff at this Panera Bread location were efficient and ensured that my order was prepared accurately and in a timely manner. The dining area was clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy my meal.
Overall, I highly recommend visiting Panera Bread at Gates of Prosper, particularly because of their value duets and sip club deals. These offerings provide excellent value for your money, especially during times of inflation when every dollar counts. Whether you're looking for a quick bite or a place to relax and enjoy a meal, Panera Bread offers a satisfying experience with quality food and...
Read moreDrive thru wait time around 7pm was a whopping 20+ minutes!
I was watching the manager and assistant manager through the drive thru window. I know they are managers because they are not wearing any hair caps or aprons. They are in regular clothes. Thankfully they were wearing gloves.
I saw how the lady manager made our meal. She did a good job, but I didn’t know the soups came from a heated plastic baggie.Yuck.
They took so long to make two bowls of soup with bread and a chip bag. Sadly, the manager lady didn’t check her own check list and forgot to put in our bread and chip. I don’t know why the other crew members were helpless in the back and just standing and pretending to do something. Maybe they weren’t cross-trained.
I went back inside and when I thought they were very busy in dining room, they were actually not. I just think it is lack of cross- training and support from management. Or management is not supported either. Idk..
I don’t know what it is but it was no bueno.
The sweet lady at the front helped me fix my order and gave me my bread and chips. She was so sweet. Her name was Ndewla.
I don’t think I will be returning to Panera bread anymore now that I know everything is bagged and pre made and just reheated. How come I didn’t know this before? It is not worth $20.
Going to Walmart and heating up my own canned soup and buying my own Walmart French bread and kettle chips is better. Next time I will just do that. I regret my purchase and time spent...
Read moreTo start, I need to mention that I am a die-hard lover of the strawberry poppyseed salad and quite literally wait all year long for summer to come around so I can enjoy this salad. Unfortunately, this Panera location has messed up my order an unbelievable (and almost comical at this point) amount of times. You can order this salad with or without chicken. I am a vegetarian so I always order it with NO chicken. So far this year, I have received a salad WITH chicken on top or mixed in not one, not two, but SEVEN TIMES. The first three times, I didn’t realize until I got my home, so I then had to drive back to the restaurant every time to replace it. The 5th time, I ordered it on DoorDash since I was stuck at work, and it was delivered to me (again) with chicken and I didn’t get to eat lunch that day. The 6th time it happened, I noticed BEFORE I left the restaurant and requested to speak to a manager. I told her that this happens way too many times and I just wanted to make her aware. She said she would address the issue with the team and use it as an important learning experience. The last few times I always check before leaving and it’s been chickenless (woo!). Until AGAIN, today, time number 7, I got home, opened my salad that I ordered with NO chicken, with chicken all mixed in. At this point it’s comical, but so ridiculous that I can’t even get a salad with no chicken for the few months that you...
