First, I'd like to apologize to the staff. We showed up at 9:30 and were bummed they were closed because we confused them with the other store that closes at 10. When we suggested they correct it on Google, they politely showed us the difference between locations and that this one was indeed listed as closing at 9:30.

We apologized and did offer to come back the next day, but they were gracious enough to accommodate us and made our drinks.

They had every right to deny service because we were wrong, but they took our order.

It's not about the product in food and beverage. Food and drink can be terrible, but if it's handled correctly, you probably will give them another try. If food and drink are great, but you had terrible service, you won't come back.

It's about how difficult situations are handled. And they handled it well, even though we were in the wrong. Kudos to this team.

This has been the best boba latte I have ever had so far 🩷 Although the prices are higher than other brands, I feel that the price-value is reasonable. I wasn't so adventerous this time since it was my first try of these boba teas, so I ordered the basic brown sugar boba (with double boba and 50% sugar). Next time I know I only need 25% sugar because it was really sweet ! I am not saying this in the bad way, my experience with other brands has been that 50% is sometimes like not even that sweet, but this one, since the boba is really well done and covered in brown sugar, plus the type of cheescake foam (I didn't even know that it had that), it was 100% perfect! I totally would recommend going here for a treat in the weekend or after having a bad day because this boba teas are a dessert by themselves.
