If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. We never go here. Friday, March 29th, for some odd reason I decided I wanted to go. We waited in line as people cut in front of us because they put a mobile reservation in. Prolonging our wait. No big deal. I didn't know it was a thing. My bad. We get seated and the waitress takes our orders. She comes back 5 minutes later saying she forgot to ask my wife something about her order. Then another 3-5 minutes pass and she comes back and ask me about something I ordered. She then does it again. 3 times. So at this point I know our order hasn't been put in for at least 10 minutes after the fact. Its okay. I'm in a good mood enjoying the night. The manager comes out ask how everything is. Of course he does when there is no issues yet. We both got house salads first. Fine. Then our main courses come... my wife ordered grilled shrimp. Everything looked fine. Mine comes and the waitress leaves. I cut it and its chicken fried chicken. I ordered chicken fried steak. I wait for the waitress to come back and check on us which is now taking 10 minutes. When she does I tell her hey this isn't what I ordered. She grabs it and says she will get it fixed. She leaves the sides that are now going to be cold by the time the main course comes back. My wife eats. We wait... we wait... we wait... at this point 20 minutes has passed. Someone comes up and says here is your salad. I said I didn't order a salad, I'm waiting for my chicken fried steak. 10 minutes pass. Now the manager is making his rounds to ask people how everything is. Skips ours. Of course he does. Then 5-10 minutes pass again. We have now waited 40 minutes for my dinner. My wife is finished. Waiter comes up, not our original one, and has a salad. Here is your salad, he says. At this point I'm just pissed off. I said, dude we didn't order a salad. I'm waiting for my main dinner. He leaves. I grab the little screen they have that pays the bill. It said 62.00 for everything. I deducted my steak and left money. I shouldn't have. I should have just walked out because at no point did I get an update. At no point did the manger come by to right the wrong. Nothing. Terrible customer service from top down. It probably starts with the manager. Don't only show up when things are okay. Let us know it is being taken care of. I have no idea why I wanted anything from there. We will...
Read moreSo I took my family to eat Here today we were celebrating my husband’s promotion at work. We were so excited because we love Texas roadhouse we love their rolls. We love their food. We love their service, but today was the worst experience I have ever had at this restaurant and we come pretty often. We get there not too busy didn’t wait Too long for a table pretty decent for a Saturday afternoon we get to our table. The waitress was very kind She was very attentive. We ordered fried pickles because they are my kids favorite. We waited almost 20 minutes for those when we were told it would be eight They were burnt. I’m not want to complain. My boys still wanted to eat them. I let it be we ordered not too long after we ordered the appetizer. We waited about 40 minutes for our meal we get our food. At this point, we’re pretty hungry My kids start eating. My husband starts eating. I was still picking At the bread, I had a few fries When I go to grab my burger, my bun is as hard as a rock. I can still see prints in it as if someone touch The bun I saw the manager he came up to the Table he was really kind at first I told him that I was Very disappointed in the food that our waitress was outstanding But I just couldn’t wrap my head around why it took so long to get our food and then we would get it the way we did. I had told him how long we had waited he apologized he said That wasn’t the way we represent the establishment. He said what is it that you would like me to do I said I just don’t want to pay for my plate. You can just take it Please, he then went about and took all of my family’s food Said he wasn’t going to charge us and walked away. My kids looked at me pretty disappointed because they were so hungry. My husband was very upset that we had waited so long and Didn’t even get to eat. I was Surprised how he took all of our food when I told him just to take mine. I think I was in shock. Read moreMy recent visit Saturday 5/22/21 was not the best. I know it was a busy night due to graduation but there were 2 employees that were trained for the less than stellar visit for date night with my wife. I'll start with the good things... I reserved my spot on the wait list using the app on my phone. I was able to text when I arrived and sat in my vehicle to avoid the rain and crowd of others waiting. I received a text when it was time to head inside. A friendly hostess seated us and made sure to get us some rolls and my requested peanuts. Our drink order was taken promptly. We knew what we wanted so we ordered our steaks when the drinks arrived. The steaks were slightly under the requested mid-rare but not enough to send them back. Now is when the service failed. We both had empty glasses of tea for most of our meal. We didn't see the waitress again after she took our order (until we asked another waiter for refills and the check) We were both done with our meal and sat chatting high for quite some time. I saw the manager making the usual rounds asking tables how they're doing. But when it was my turn they looked at my table and walked away. We were both done eating and had empty glasses and stacked the dirty plates to the side doi it would be obvious we were done. After waiting a bit more I asked a waiter for a refill and to go box. They brought me a refill and box and I asked if I could get my check. Finally I saw my waitress again, she brought the check and put it on the table and didn't even look at us or say anything as I handed her my credit card. She brought back the receipt to sign and still didn't look at me out say anything.
Conclusion: I'm still giving this a 4 star review because overall it was a good visit. It's not my first visit to this location and they have a good history. Please don't let the busy days bring the service down. We're all enjoying going out to eat again as the COVID...
