Work deliveries and this place is absolutely terrible. Wait time averages 20-30 mins I've had to wait 1 hr before checking within 20 min increments which they sent out with a different customer then she came back I had them remake it for my customer and they got all upset like it was my fault.
This place puts the deliveries last. Just waited 35 minutes. It is not fair not only for the delivery driver but also the customer ordering from you guys the people that are there is getting their food real quick but what you're failing to realize is people customers that are buying from you in deliveries you're putting last and you're making them wait a lot longer which is not okay. And they've already placed the order 5 -30 minutes before delivery drivers get there.
People that come here after get their items and leave before I do. Even though it says order had been placed and ready for pick up every once in a while I'll get my order within 10- 15 mins. They don't even address customers lined up around the door for wait they just go back and leave the customers waiting. They can't tell you when the order will be ready asking the "man" in the back he said he doesn't know when it'll be ready. Had walked in and one lady look straight at me didn't say a word three other girls walked in from outside behind the counter and that one girl turned to the other and started whispering in the other girls ears. One Lady customer sitting down looked at me and shook her head. Not to mention they didn't even address a customer up next that had been standing there for 5-10 mins and that one girl went in the back they all started laughing I asked if they were working they said no like then what they doing back there! This place is so unprofessional and needs to step up there game! There was one lady however working yesterday that was doing her thing and taking care of all the customers in the front not even having help like 10 were in line she was all by herself and getting it. Felt bad for her.
In my experience the Whataburger off of Custer and 380 is much better. They still put stickers on the cups and on the bags for deliveries which is a + and their customer service is superb you're in and out real quick as far as my experience as soon as somebody steps in they greet you and they tell you they'll be right with you and overall that customer service is at its top this store right here off of Preston definitely needs...
Read moreI recently visited What's Burger, and I must say it was a disappointing experience from start to finish. Not only did they get my order completely wrong, but they also had the audacity to charge me for BBQ sauce, which is absurd. Here's why I'm giving them a well-deserved one-star review.
Firstly, the staff seemed disinterested and lacked basic customer service skills. They took my order in a hurry, barely paying attention to what I was saying. I specifically asked for a classic cheeseburger with no onions and extra pickles. However, when I received my order, it was completely different. The burger had onions, and there were barely any pickles to be found. It's frustrating when a simple request is ignored or misunderstood.
To make matters worse, when I asked for some BBQ sauce to compensate for the wrong order, they told me that it would cost extra. Seriously? Charging for a condiment that should be a basic accompaniment to a burger is a blatant attempt to squeeze more money out of customers. It's a classic case of nickel-and-diming, and it left a sour taste in my mouth, both literally and figuratively.
The quality of the food was subpar as well. The burger patty itself was overcooked and lacked any juiciness or flavor. The cheese seemed like it was barely melted, and the bun was stale. It's disappointing when you pay for a meal and end up with a lackluster, unappetizing product.
I approached the staff again to express my dissatisfaction, hoping for some sort of resolution or apology. However, they were dismissive and unapologetic. They seemed disinterested in rectifying their mistake or addressing my concerns. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for What's Burger.
Overall, my experience at What's Burger was a complete letdown. From the wrong order to the outrageous charge for BBQ sauce, it was a series of disappointments. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a quality burger or decent customer service. Read moreThis is one of the slowest Whataburger locations I have ever encountered. They’ve been open long enough to figure out staff needs per demand that I don’t feel I can give them the benefit of the doubt.
There’s been all different times of the day/night that I’ve stopped by and had a longer than 15 minute wait in the drive through. One horrible night approx 1:00 am we had over a 35 minute wait. It’s unfortunate they’re one of the only quick bites close to home.
I’m writing this review from in line right now at 7:30pm - it’s already been 20 minutes and I still have 5 cars ahead, only in lane A, so more like 10 if we want to include lane B. Yikes!
I’ll give them 2 stars because the food has come out as ordered from the times I recall. Either their needs to be training in efficiency or pay the money to sufficiently staff the business.
Update: @ 7:43 I have just passed the pay window. Ppl in front of me got only part of order it seems so that part will be nice and cold by the time the rest comes out 👍
Update: @ 7:50 FREEDOM. I have acquired my food. Fries hot, but mostly mushy (I’d prefer if they were cooked a little longer, but not if it would have meant a longer wait). Sandwich is lukewarm. Drink is correct, although this lid is asking to have tea explode in my car at any moment. Lady at window did apologize sincerely for the wait.
Overall: Reduced to 1 Star. This adventure began at 7:08 and did not finish until 7:49 = a 41 minute wait in the drive through.
Whoever considers this an acceptable trend should not be managing this store.
Additional update: upon opening food several French fries are barely cooked at all. The tenders on the sandwhich are cool. 3/4ths of one slice of bread on the sandwhich is not toasted what-so-ever. I can no longer justify visiting this location with its insane wait and...
