Typically speaking, this location (on North Main), has been very consistent with it's food over the past few years. However, during the last month or two I have run into issues with my orders. I only do carry out, so can't speak to delivery quality.
The first order, I was given the wrong appetizer with a wrong matching sauce. This went straight into the garbage. The pizza was cooked fine, however whoever cut it decided to have some fun. It was more like a jigsaw puzzle than a pizza. Since it was carry out and not delivery, I did not call up to complain. I figured I'd say something when I was in again. I did not order Dominos for about 2 weeks, so when I pushed the issue, I accepted that I had waited too long.
This week I simply ordered a large cheese pizza. Whoever prepared it must have run out of cheese and was too lazy to get more to finish the pizza and just baked it. When I saw the pizza, it was obviously lacking half of it's cheese. I ate a slice or so and threw the rest away. I did not call, as it was carry out. When I went in today, they refused to rectify the issue. Despite me having my receipt and pictures, the apparent manager simply said, you need to call when it happens. "That could be from a different store, etc." It's "store policy", yet not written anywhere on the receipt, box, website or in the store.
Instead of rectifying an $8 mistake, they felt the need to turn away a long time regular customer. Over an $8 order.... I order 1-2 times a week.
Customer service goes a long way with regular customers. This location clearly does not have it (I have witnessed several other customer issues over the years while picking up, and the customer in question never left happy.)
I will never order or recommend from this location again, (and most likely Dominos in general) simply due to being refused rectification of messed up orders. I do not appreciate throwing my money in the garbage, especially in this economy with the ridiculous inflation going on.
It's sad that a company will actively choose to lose a regular customer rather than fix...
Read moreI ordered from this Domino's location last night... and what a terrible experience. When the delivery driver, Peter, called me and told me he had arrived to my residence, I went down to meet him in lobby of my building, he was not there. He called again and I ask him where he was and he said that he was outside. As I ran outside to meet him.. on the street, not outside of my residence.. he began driving off. After I just got off the phone with him telling him I was coming. I had to run to flag him down and he stopped. He then sat in the car just looking at me before getting out, as I stood in the freezing weather. When he got out he gave me my food and the recipe to sign. He pointed where I could fill in the tip amount, as if I was obligated to give him a tip after he did not even deliever my meal to my residence and began driving off when I came out to meet him. I simply wrote the total amount of the food in total space and walked away. Once inside with my food I was disappointed. My pizza and wings were COLD! And the 2 ranch dressings I paid for were missing. I called the store and spoke to a women who answered. I told how unsatisfied I was with the delivery driver, the food, and the missing sauces. She told me she didn't know what she could do other than bring the sauces back to me. Then she told me to hold as she engaged in a conversation in the background with another employee. There was a lot of cursing and rude comments going on. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. She eventually came back to phone and said "they're going to bring the sauces" and hung up in my face. An employee brought ONE sauce and a plastic fork and left it at the front desk in my lobby. Moral of this is: the customer service and food was absolutely terrible. As a person in the restaurant and food service industry this is just not how employees should represent anyone's brand or a major company. Whether I am a collge student or not.. I am a PAYING CUSTOMER... and expect to be...
Read moreSo on March 20,2020 I had placed an ordered on my app through this location I had ordered 2 medium pizzas 2 Alfredo blows an order or stuffed cheese bread sticks and an order of cinnamon sticks. I had received everything EXCEPT my cinnamon bread sticks. My the time I called the store was already closed. So I called on the 21st right as soon as they opened and I explained that I was missing my cinnamon sticks last night and the fact that by the time I had tried to call they were closed. The gentleman that I spoke to on the 21st told me the next time I placed an order for me to basically let them know I had cinnamon sticks that I could get free because I didn’t receive them on the 20th. I then called yesterday March 28,2020 and explained everything to Mr. Elijah. And once I gave him my phone number he then tells me that there is no cinnamon sticks on record and there was nothing he can do about it. I then continued telling him I wanted something to be done because I paid for something I never got and he continued telling me he couldn’t do nothing about it. I recorded the conversation because I knew he wasn’t going to keep the promise. I then asked him for the corporate number in which he informed me he didn’t know it and he wasn’t able to give it to me to instead get it off online. I am so livid at the fact that I order from there ALLLLLL the time and the one time they messed up my order they didn’t even bother replacing what I paid for. Since I placed the order yesterday and he wasn’t kind enough to help me get what I paid for and never got I canceled my order and I will NEVER order from them again I rather order from a different dominos then ever stepping a foot or placing an order from there ever again. He was rude and didn’t care that I never got my cinnamon sticks last week. By far the worst person I’ve ever spoken to in regards to...
