Napolitano's Brooklyn Pizza — Restaurant in Providence

I've ordered from here in the past and it was quite good, I would have rated them at least four stars prior to this day. In the past the Sicilian style pizza was absolutely delicious (and perhaps still is?) That isn't what was ordered today however, just the "regular" "New York style" pizza and it was greasy, lacking in flavor, the crust has an almost chalk like consistency. Along with this we ordered the garlic aioli fries I believe, also had them in the past and they were so good, we wished we had more. This was also not the case today, they were so soggy and sopping in grease. They also pack them in a bag, why I don't know. Lastly fried zucchini sticks were also incredibly soggy and lacking in flavor. Even the marinara sauce containers that came along with the appetizers were drenched in grease. Almost $40 dollars in total for very unsatisfactory food that arrived about an hour after online ordering, it was also luke warm. As soon as the pizza arrived, my boyfriend went to the crapper (had a normal bowel movement) then 10 minutes after eating had to return...

So I was craving pizza but not dominos w/their ridiculous prices for pizza that's so-so & cold, so I type into to Google real Italian restaurants nearby & up pops Napolitanos Brooklyn Pizza who knows how to do pizza better than Italians right? Its on Atwells Ave gotta be good right? Well I paid very close to $30 more than I would have paid for that Domino's. For one large pizza. It came cold and much worse than any Domino's. My gut was telling me no no but I disagreed w/my gut, & that's the last time I do that. Their not Italian either & ain't nothing New York about that pizza either. I'm trying to give away the other 7 slices & nobody wants it. I live in a huge building and not one person wants anything to do w/said pizza. SMH. Never again. Where's the good food at? I want to be wowed or atleast full where I cant button my pants. Wheres those restaurants at? That people say oh the food was so delicious? Maybe I'll give the rest to the birds at Kennedy Plaza yeah they...

Ive ordered here before, plenty of times which tells you I do enjoy your food here. However, I had ordered an Oolie Oolie Spaghetti entree and found alot of pepper seeds in the dish which made it hard to really enjoy because the seeds are hard. I did come across one other thing that I do not believe belonged there. I dont know what it is, I have it provided in a photo, I still have the plate infront of me... But that'll easily break a tooth im not even kidding, its the same size as a dime. Im honestly unsure what it is but im turned off from finishing my meal because im not lookin for a dental visit anytime soon. I just wanted to make you aware of it, maybe something to be cognitive about. Overall I did have a pleasant interaction with your staff, The establishment was very clean and my meal was delicious, but itd be much better without the hard...
