Your system of making one person do a single order is beyond foolish, and penalizes large families and large orders.. Tonight I ordered for my large family (8 people total) paid and tipped very well. I also forced 4 firemen to go ahead of my large family. I am not someone who complains like a Karen, tipping and letting fireman go is a value I teach my kids by doing it in front of them. I waited while one girl who took my order made one item at a time. I got to wait inside and as each thing was done I got to bring it out to one family memember. I watched the line lap me multiple times and it was very long to start. The girl never made our last item (my sunday) and it took the rest of the girls forever to realize it because it took forever to get the first 7 items. I was supper annoyed when you finally recongized the issue... and was done w. you guys at this point. My whole family was done and had been I spent zero time w. them I spent the entire time inside waiting. I left very upset...then to make maters worse you laughed in my wife's face when she complained after I left because 20+ min is not ok to just stand there. I had to get my family home. Unprofessional, unorganized, lazy and downright rude. You can tell an owner isn't there. Stinks because I loved this place but I won't give my business to a place that acts this way. Make mistakes they happen I get it, but don't use a dumb system to start and when you do mess up laughing in a customers face while they leave because you are happy about the situation is a sign that you are entitled and think you can do what you please... Karma moves in...
   Read moreTheir ice cream is the best. Great variety of flavors and creamy like gelato. But the service is pretty bad these days. Some of the servers spend more tone talking to each other than. paying attention to what theyâre doing or keeping the work area clean.
Several weeks ago I dropped in to grab ice cream for myself and my dog.I always get a micro cup of vanilla. I usually let her devour it without any worry, but when she got to the end of her cup I happened to look down and found a chocolate chip in the bottom of her cup. Thankfully I snatched it away before she could eat it. I had clearly stated the vanilla was for my dog. Clearly the scoop used hadnât been properly cleaned and when I took the cup inside to show the young woman who served me she just blinked blankly and did not apologize for her mistake.
Today I went in and the same young woman made a comment to her co-worker because I didnât leave a tip. A) I tip when the service warrants it, and B) why would I leave a tip for the person who was so careless on a previous visit that she almost harmed my dog.

   Read moreUsually I love 3 Sisters but today they failed miserably across the board. I picked up breakfast which was supposed to be: eggs over easy, bacon, hash browns and bacon. I placed my order at 9:20 and it was ready about 25 minutes later. The online pick up door was locked and I had to knock for about 5 minutes before the gentlemen that was sitting inside on his personal cell phone unlocked the door. When I got back to my office and opened my meal, there was no bacon, the eggs were over hard and the pancakes were over cooked. I called the first staff person hung up on me after I asked for a refund. She was talking to the manager so I asked to speak directly to the manager, she was clearly annoyed but offered a refund and to replace the meal. I picked up my replacement meal about 25 minutes later and it was a waste of time. Everything was individually packaged which I HATE, they gave me TWO piece of over cooked bacon, the eggs aren't cooked well, the potatoes look old as if they have been sitting since open and the pancakes are okay.
