Hands down the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever eaten. Ever! The chicken was juicy and tender, the crispy breading had complex and delicious flavors. The pickled veggies brought the sweet with heat. I found myself taking smaller bites to make the experience last longer.
The loaded tater tots came with queso and a fried egg on top. Mind blown! And let me tell you, these people know how to use seasoning! Every bite was scrumptious.
Can’t wait to return. Next time I’ll take pictures before I eat my food.
I don’t say this lightly…I’m back again to say this place serves the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. Perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy and flavorful on the inside, nestled in a bun that somehow manages to be both hearty and soft. Every bite was a masterclass in balance for seasoning, texture, and pure comfort food.
But it doesn't stop there. The side of pickled vegetables are tangy, spicy, crisp, and thoughtfully composed. Not an afterthought, but a bright, palate cleansing complement that elevates the entire meal.
As someone who appreciates gluten free options, I was impressed by the expanded selections here. It’s clear they’ve gone beyond the bare minimum with breads and batter that don’t taste like compromise, but like real food crafted with intention.
And let’s talk about the Po’ Boy. Absolute perfection. They nail it! Flavorful fillings, on gluten free bread, and that New Orleans soul in every bite.
This place isn’t just good, it’s destination-worthy. A must visit for sandwich lovers, gluten free foodies, and anyone who knows greatness when...
Read moreTried the new White Owl which was the food half of Three Sisters previously for reference. If you've been to Three Sisters then you know the space, with a reduced wall to the food prep area now serving as a bar countertop.
Nice feature of this space is the window overlook to Lippitt Park & when the weather warms I'm sure they'll bring back sidewalk seats. Interior now similar to past, a bit dark with blue walls & black ceiling with the old brick north face interior wall.
Order at counter. Menu now includes wine/beer with several "nibbles" from $9-15. Six sandwich choices with beef, chicken, soy, shrimp. I had the Bulgogi sandwich with Parmesan fries for $15, no drink.
Earlier in construction a 3 Sisters employee told me they might have an inside connection - didn't make the cut such they are NOT connected to the ice cream side.
Nice enough, pleasant, open - probably will attract the same crowd as before with open lap-tops. Perfectly fine, but...
Read moreRecently tried out the newly opened Asian fusion restaurant on Hope Street by the park. The location is lovely, but the experience was a bit mixed. We opted for the Denden noodle and Chicken Sando. The Denden noodle had a very exotic flavor from China, which was interesting but a bit overpowering for my taste. One of my friends struggled to finish it. As for the Chicken Sando, we were surprised to find it closer to a chicken burger than the Japanese-style sandwich we anticipated. While tasty, we hoped for more vegetables besides just pickles. The lemonade was served in a can, which was unexpected. We also tried the Oishi beer from Chicago with ginger flavor, which was a unique touch. The interior design was lacking, but given that they just opened last week, I hope they'll consider updating the paint colors and adding more decor elements like plants. Overall, it has potential, and I'm interested to see how they...
